  So glad you had such a fantastic day on Skomer! Think you need to visit my favourite island too Skokholm where I have my 8 special infra-red cameras filming Storm Petrels again this year. Puffins do come & sit on you if your patient there too! 😂🤣

  what a wonderful treat! What a treasure of a place. I see there is a hostle there as well . As an aside, is there a way your account is coded that I cannot set up notifications for when your videos upload? I can only subscribe but I cannot get notifications

  I am a fellow wildlife gardener in Wales also but further North. My cottage garden is also looking amazing at this time of year but, like you, am battling with slugs who are eating the brassica, the iris and geranium which I have never had slug damage on before this year. Your land is absolutely joyous!

  Earlier I watched her try to feed a large fly to the chicks - completely fill the whole mouth and the chick wasn’t keen to have it. Removed it and tried another who eventually had the whole fly.

  The two? Look so little there before the siblings hatch! 🐣 just a few days later and they look so much bigger! I wish she would let him be a hands on dad….so many new human moms make this mistake 😆
