I nominate him for Oscar.
I stretched my neck the other day and felt the muscle was tight and it out pressure on my nerve i think because i felt and "electric shock" and have been ferling out if sorts. I hope it wasnt the artery..
How are you feeling?
IN the beginning of the video, is she lying face up of face down? If you can't shoot a video properly, at least comment so people understand what is going on
This is cerebellar gait not ataxic
I think you are confused. Ataxia is a symptom and can be caused by many things, most commonly damage or impairment of the cerebellum i.e. cerebellar ataxia

Thank you

Drooping on contralateral side lurching on ipsilateral side. It's due to superior gluteal nerve injury
This is a symptom of syphilis
What if there's pain when moving the opposite way, internally?
Excellent, thank you

You're supposed to look towards the extended arm, not away from it

Positive in MS and severe B12 deficiency too.
If you point the toes up into the leg, of course the calf muscle is going to hurt because youre stretching it. This doesnt make any fucking sense

hello, if i may ask how many weeks have pass since the first day until this video.
You're measuring the part of the pelvis with the leg. Rarely, is the pelvis symmetrical.
Thaaaanks
Pronate quadratus is distal where you are tapping. The teres is more proximal
Thanks for making orthopaedics more intresting

@@W_T_D Hi there, to answer your question I will qualify why I can! I have been studying leg length discrepancy (LLD) for 30-years and I am a PhD researcher in this area too. Firstly, you can measure LLD accurately on a couch. Much of the research says it is less accurate. The best method to measure LLD is X-ray and even that can yield 1-2mm differences between raters. In this video he is attempting to measure from the medial malleolus to the anterior inferior iliac spine (ASIS) with no markers. Even with pen marks he isn't measuring anything clinically useful. It's all 'smoke-and-mirrors'. The only useful way to measure leg length is from the centre of the femoral head to trochlear surface of the talus (and knee in between also if you want to take into account any varus valgus angles at the knee). Every human I have ever assessed has some degree of pelvic torsion (twist) which means that the right and left innominates are never symmetrical in orientation. When lying supine like this a posteriorly rotated innominate with measure longer than it actually is from the ASIS, and an anteriorly rotated innominate will measure shorter than it actually is from the ASIS. To further complicate they do the opposite in stance: a posteriorly rotated innominate in stance will lower the acetabulum (hip joint socket) by as much as 4mm and if there is hyer-adaptation present for e.g. on longer limb it can function shorter i.e. a longer limb can function shorter than the actual shorter limb. An anteriorly rotated innominate in stance will raise the acetabulum by as much as 4mm and if there is a larger enough anterior orientation of the innominate it can appear functionally longer. To further complicate further an anterior orientation of the innominate can lock up the sacroiliac joint (SIJ) on the ipsilateral (same side) which will apear as the longer limb - when i fact it could actually be the shorter limb. There is a really good way of assessing your LLD using board testing. See paper by Aspegren DD, Cox JM, Trier KK. Short leg correction: a clinical trial of radiographic vs. non-radiographic procedures. Hope this helps. In summary, you will only find LLD lying on a couch if the LLD is so large you can't miss it! However, the average LLD across the planet is 4-6mm and the fine details and adaptation for it will be missed with this assessment technique. Therefore avoid!
Short, sweet, and effective. Just the way I like it.
That's what she said 😂 jk lol
@@HarshMolester Hey I might have a needle but I work it like a sewing machine!
I have it and had fhe EMG yesteday and man that was painful i hated it. Wake up today and the issue had never been painful but now a day after the procedure the nerves behind my knee hurt and almost makes me feel like my leg is going to give out at times...i hope this isnt life long and they can fix the root cause. Had a back MRI and neurology and all was normal..
Why is she also pressing on her hip flexor?
!r?q??q?!d!!!!!
I cant hang it so good on my right like i can on my left its a sign that its teared ? It looked normal
