I randomly record clips now and then just for fun. I mostly play competitive shooters such as CS2 and Valorant, but I also play some other games from time to time, like Classic WoW, or AOE4 etc.

Something Ottoman specific that I havent seen mentioned. He really trolled his military schools. These produce free Units automatically and are extremely valuable to kill. In every ottoman guide you build the Military schools directly next to the TC for utmost protection but this guy trolled and you could have just destroyed it without being in range of TC. Also if he didnt choose the greedy landmark which is generally worse and micro-ed a bit better he actually might have defended your rush without doing anything else strategically. Kinda lucky how bad he was honestly, looked like he was first timing ottoman or never watched a guide before.
I know! He was pretty bad and it still took me 18 mins haha. You’re right, I could have destroyed the military school without being in range of the TC.
Once you push them off gold and corral them in their base you can probably go castle and dive the TC with castle MAA with upgrades. They can sit underneath the TC for years and not give a shit. You had the game won after you pushed him off gold and food and secured a couple worker kills - clinching the game in feudal as HRE is definitely hard. Use your superior eco to get to castle when you have a good push like this and you'll wrap the game up much more quickly
Great comment, yeah I think I was too scared aging up and losing my early rush advantage by not producing more MAA. Makes a lot of sense why it took me so long though. Thanks again.
@@KFear people are good at this game. Wait till you get into plat and get stuck trying to push into diamond. HRE is very predictable. Your opponents know exactly how to stop you from doing what HRE is good at. But as you learn more about the other civs, you get better too so it all evens out
Yeah this is what I was saying, if people in gold are this good, I can’t even imagine diamond etc. I have to really try and not be too bothered about my rank going up or down lol. Yeah you’re right about HRE being predictable.

It can be countered in many ways. Not allowing this to be strong kills game diversity and strategic gameplay. I hate playing like this but o boy defending and winning against that strat feels good.
I thing i got to plat season 1 then gave up as games was far to drawn out and stressfull, Always went all in to have a quick game, good rush though. I played again recently and gold players are definitely better than thry were on release, they all have a iron will to not quit as well. If you want some one to practice with give me a shout im planning on getting back into it.
You are 100% correct lol. At gold level the games are way too drawn out and it does become stressful. Can take like an hour just to win one game, and at 150apm a single game is very taxing on the brain lol.
Aachen forward next time place next to the gold. Better place and behind tc. To much wood. Get a rams earlier. Don't ever dive the tc like that. Burn production or something. So much unused wood. You can take a break in your push and age up after doing suffiecent damage. Castle age m@a crusader feudal. You have so many times were you can go for his production at the bottom for free.

Not only are you buffing your gold vills. You are also better set up for a later farm transition as the farms are safer in the back.
people have got better at the game generally, so Gold league may feel more like the plat league in former seasons. Nobody should really feel bad about that. As competition gets more fierce, so your rank will drop. It would make you feel like you've got worse but no, others could have gotten better. I struggle to get past plat 1 in solos. That said there are so many big beginner errors you're making here. Feudal maa are not very strong, especially without armor upgrades. You need to be causing them idle time on resources, not running in under a fully garrisoned town center with 4 MAA. You might be struggling because you're just a casual player who's expected to walk into ranked ladder and get wins without studying the game and looking at your own mistakes? If you're going to do a feudal push, you need rams. You can't just dive under a TC with feudal maa, unless you have some serious numbers. Did you know Deer have a much higher gather rate than berries? If so why go for berries before your pocket deer at the back?
Yeah gold wasn’t this difficult a few seasons ago lol. Yeah I went for villagers under TC, not great I suppose. And I don’t usually go deer because I don’t want to micro killing the deer lol. Going castle and getting castle MAA makes a lot of sense yeah, thanks for the feedback 😁
@@KFear You'll gather much quicker from deer nonetheless + HRE villagers can carry more which means lesser walking time. Or even better bring 8 vills + a prelate to a boar and you'll be feasting

Hey man, plat 3 player here! Make sure to use the attack move with your infantry. You'd be a higher rank for sure if your infantry doesn't focus fire the one target you click on. Can't wait to be playing against you and your boy soon.
Thanks man! I do always use attack move, unless it’s on like a single siege unit. I’m hoping to climb to at least plat at some point. 2v2 is so good.

Once you do it the first time it becomes way easier! It’s the part where he teleports in a circle which is difficult to learn.

@@KFear True enough, but unless you are battling every ten steps, it still doesn’t explain how you got so far in the sphere grid without grinding. You don’t gain more ap by using fewer characters. How many hours are on this file?
No sure now as I’ve completed it. If you use the same 3 characters on every battle you’ll get to where I am on the sphere grid.
@@KFear I dunno mate. Been playing this game for over 20 years, and have played just about every way you can imagine. Even just three characters, no grind. Up to this fight usually takes me about 17-19 hours. My typical trio is Tidus, Wakka, and Yuna, (Rikku for that bit where Yuna isn’t in the party) A straight play through without grind, I usually wouldn’t see Quick Hit until I’m nearing the tower of the dead, if I see it at all. Tidus barely even gets past 3k hp on his suggested path on the grid.
What tower of the dead inside Sin lol? I take all three characters straight down Aurons path and get hastega on Tidus, I don’t go Tiduses route. I think most people mess about with healing and casting spells in battle rather just killing the enemy. I heal after the battle and rarely ever switch. That may be why.
With out grinding I don’t get quick hit till way after this fight and doing almost max damage before he cast protect if u gonna lie make it believable

just cast BIO with Lulu, then spam Eeons with full overdrive... He will then die like the little B he is...
I’m surprised bio works on him. I never used an aeon once throughout the game lol, they’re so slow.
@KFear this is the approach I used as a kid on PS2. Bahamut can already break the damage limit as soon as you get him and Yojimbo doesn't even need an overdrive. If you're lucky enough to get Zanmoto, it's a insta kill and if not he's still gonna do around 7k hp at with a regular attack. So yea, bio with lulu, haste on Yuna, couple of overdrives if you have any and then hit him with the aeons. Just remember to charge all the overdrive before the fight. Plus you can cut the summoning sequences in the settings if this is the remaster
You can cut the summoning sequence yeah, but it’s still too long. I see the Aeons as sort of cheating, it’s too easy using them, and I never use them in any FF.

What so other people use all 7 characters equally? I’m sure most people use the ones they like, and level those ones. The same as what I have done. I didn’t grind I just played the story.

@@KFear most people wont use the same characters through the whole game,in fact the game is designed to use them all (no,you are not suposed to spam attack on a bird until it doesnt fail,you are just suposed to use Wakka). So using the same 3 characters all the time,making them OP,and then using those 3 characters to destroy a boss,is not really a strategy,and also not a "how to easily beat". A normal player wont be able to use your "strategy" without farming,so its a grinding strategy anyway

1000 hours with a spear looks like this? Ive got maybe a 100 hours with a spear and got you beat 10 fold you got 1000 hours but cant counter the moves you have 1000 hours with? If you use a spear that much you should be able to counter when you dont have your spear 😂

@@KFear learn how to counter man you won't drain so much stamina successful counters is how you don't lose stamina this whole video you didn't counter a single time. It's super easy to counter block and attack at the same time your enemy attacks and you'll get a successful counter.

As a one handed spear player, i know that your moves are good The best friend of a spear pkayer its a well timed dodge and a spear to the face before the enemy attacks, you gotta gamble all the fucking time but it is the best way, a lot o damage and super fast
