Is it applicable to use water-based in this process?
😅

Did you deliver this printer to Switzerland?
Some of that goop scoop soup
Thanks. It is very helpful
Could I use this with the laser engraver?
Hello GSG. Do you have videos where I can see and appreciate the Roland TrueVIS LG 640 print and cut machine or the Roland TrueVIS MG 640 print and cut machine prototyping packaging? I want to see the cutting and creasing function, I want to see how the cardboard creasing tool for packaging works. Thank you so much.
👏👏👏
Thank you
Love your videos
What is the heater and dryer settings?
❤
What degreaser/dehazer do you use?
What if you get dots on your screen? What does that mean
Screen printing is still quicker and cheaper. 😂
I need to know how to clean printer caps. I'm getting a light strip on my prints
Ok now that crunchy taco was a great effect
Wow
Hi, I locked for the app but it doesn't seem to exist, where do I download it because Play Store doesn't have it. Thank you
How do I find this machine?
Cool, Mark ! Hey, what percentage of HD clear and Suede Additive did you use? thanks! Also, would it make a difference using Suede Additive versus Suede base? (I have both) Thanks again!
When i use a press wash with our white ink it causes it to clog for some reason. Any idea why?
Where can we buy the Kiwo dry touch? It's not on your website.
Hi. Can you tell me please, who knows, how much cleaning solution is consumed when you make auto cleaning - normal cleaning?
Hi, Since your testing one shirt by itself, would you want a slightly higher temp on the controller since during the production of printing you will have multiple shirts in chamber thus cooling it down with moisture and multiple shirts in the chamber? Also you said it got to 290 a foot before exit, looked like it got to 309 Thanks
Wow that's really cool. Do you have to put one on the inside of the screen to.
Hey Andy! Thanks for the question. No, you do not have to put the film on both sides. You only have to put it on the bottom side of the screen that touches the garment.
@GraphicSolutionsGroup ok nice thank you.
are you able to spot print foil colors like gold and silver?
Unfortunately, no. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
What if there is no weeding to be done? Like if I just want to apply the PSV to a tumbler let's say...just that is the design. Do i still need HT tape or adhesive because the psv has the adhesive back?
Hey Angelina! Thank you for the question. You would not have to apply with a mask or HT tape if it's just one piece. Masks makes sure that all the "pieces" of the design get transferred in the correct order. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
Can't you ship this in India?
No.
What is your opinion on this scenario - you have a one color white print on a dark shirt. Would you use a 230 for a base, flash, and use a 158 as a top white?
Yes, I agree with that.
Got mine the other day and love it! TY for the great tutorial!
Glad you love it! Let us know if you have any questions or need any assistance.
More like at 1000 per week
You should probably get an auto a lot earlier than 2500 per week!
I was just wondering the same thing about making glitter ink, Mark ! Hey, would it also work to use HD Clear for the base ? Thanks 🙂 (Can't wait to see what you do next !)
Just getting started with my cricket explore 3, what did you classify your printed Orajet vinyl as to cut? I’m stuck at a section titled “Set Base Material” and because all the materials are geared towards Cricut materials, I’m curious which to pick from. I’m guessing “Printable Sticker Paper, White (Gray Liner Printing)” is just as good of a guess as any- just curious as to what you chose (if you can remember that far back… 😅) Please and thank you so much!
Yes, that is the setting I would recommend when printing the inkjet printable material.
send me your product more details

Curious how the Roland compares to the Mimaki, LogoJet, and Epson? If you can only take one UV printer which do you want?
Roland UV is the way to go. If you would like more information or to learn more of the details as to why, please give us a call 800.366.1776
Mimaki UJF is the established player. The MO-240 can print a full 24x18 sign making it slightly more useful. Roland technology is class leading so it’s a toss up, but for me, I’m getting a Roland
how many 24x14 mousepads would you think one refill on the printer would last?
It would depend on the imagery being printed.
320 degrees or something like that
Mark in your opinion what’s the difference between this and amazing bright tiger? I do a lot of 50/50 and use the tiger.
Epic Quick White is the most reliable white Ink I like to use.
It would seem for flexibility purposes that single-head machines would be the way to go - but I suppose the costs are the trade-off..
Correct. It really depends on the type of work and workload you will be taking on. If you have any questions please give us a call 800.366.1776
Baby wipes work too
