I’m watching this 6 years after you’ve posted it, I hope you have a better eraser now
We miss you, bro!
Is this what a commutator is?
I like the video but I don't know how you got your moves to begin with :(
loved your puzzle content for so many years, came back today for the nostalgia❤
no way real
Thank you. You just saved a puzzle from becoming firewood.
The links to the mathematical papers no longer work. I have found a link to the Melvin paper, which is: pmelvin.blogs.brynmawr.edu/files/2021/09/2006Melvin-1.pdf
R'E'RRE'E'R' could also be RER'R'EER, right? Would be more convenient.
What an enigma - just got enthralled seeing Real Civil Engineer play 20 small mazes. Which led me down rabbit hole here. A puzzle maker, with a successful puzzle based youtube channel leaves it behind for 6 years (apparently to care for his daughter?). Makes two amazing puzzle video games for free. What kind of man is this?
the best
thanks boddie, it will be a helpful on the exam :))
This was very good! I was wondering how difficult this was and afraid to buy it, but I may purchase it now! 😊
Satisfying.
the best
I came to this channel because I was informed that using acetone and tweezers to orient the adhesive color-coded labels was not, in fact, the goal. Thank you!
Why go radio silent ? Especially with your new game out, why not use your channel for promotion of your new game ? I'm sure it took a lot of effort to make !
Still one of my favorite videos.
Yo wait did you make 20 small mazes too???
To anyone like me who used to watch Fleb and is still itching for more content, he just published a game! It’s called 20 small mazes and it’s free on steam. Good to know he’s still kicking and is out there making his own cool puzzles.
Did your puzzle book get printed? I'd love to buy it!
Never knew this kind of puzzle! I love it I also love Dungeons & Diagrams in Last Call BBS.
Fleb come back😢!!!!
im sorry to hate on this but could you please JUST tell us how to solve not with all the talking in between
That is a logical approach to solve this kind of puzzles. Quite interesting.
Damn! Its impressive to understand why each algos work
Watching this in 2024 and came to the comment section because of your "in case you are blue-pink colorblind" comment. That was so sweet and thoughtful :) Your video was very helpful and well done!
In playing disentanglement puzzles (logic wire puzzles) you must always remember abstract key concepts for solving like "Mobility", Trial and Error, Symmetry, Mirroring and Stress and Pressure (Emphasis, Tempo), Thinking Outside the Box, Logic etc. applying to your medium avoiding dislocations damaging your toy. I'm a hustler on playing these games and have a collections with this kind of puzzles
Painful
we miss you FLEB :(
This video made me love puzzles
I think about Fleb more than I think about the Roman empire
I'm a puzzle enthusiast and solve puzzles honestly. You can always solve this puzzle and other related ones by means of abstract ideas like "Mobility" which is essential for the pieces' movement in smooth action, avoiding dislocations and loose thread to the puzzle. Another one is "Trial and Error". At first you don't have a clue so try to move the pieces freely and every time you wound it (lack of moves) obviously you will free again and have space for mobility and finding the route for the puzzle. My hint to this puzzle and you will always figure-it out when the pieces (discs, ring and rope) are tied. Actually you will always loose it and start again.
My childhoid right there ive been looking for this thing for years not remembering its name
THANKS! Still dificult, but I would really like to go from solving to understanding!
Somebody please get this dude a speedcube!! I can't stand it🤯🤯🤯
Oh, hi, I'm the singing bee. I was googling for this puzzle I wrote a decade ago because I wanted to show my co-workers how I invented bee-cappella. And I discovered this KZread video analyzing my work and I am tickled pink -- I never have to explain this puzzle again, I can just send people here. And I must say, the bit starting at 3:49 where you zoom in on my pixelated, slowed down, singing face is the closest I hope to ever get to being featured in a true crime documentary!
Real
Really nice video. I am blind and this is a puzzle I can complete. Thank you for reviewing as I wouldn't have a clue that a puzzle like this existed. I got 1000 on it 3 times. Are there other blind accessible puzzles you could recommend?
So much possibility, so much potential... It was a great channel, I am sad to see that it's no longer active. There's no other channel still that fills the gap this channel wanted to fill.
We are looking forward to your videos in this style with curiosity and excitement. Will there be a sequel?
Please come back FLEB you are sadly missed.
Thanks, dude. You have the best explanation of this. I've seen a bunch of those by now. I'll subscribe just to help you, my man. Thank you one more time
Did you ever learn to solve the 4x4x6 fisher cube? It's such an awesome puzzle.
the most complicated video i've ever seen xoxo
Just wanted to say that instant insanity is not the same as what they used in the survivor show. Same idea but the survivor one is made with easier color palets. It would otherwise be to difficult.
So annoying the explanation.
Definitely a beautiful solution. The final solution
I've been watching your channel since I was 9. When I heard that you weren't posting anymore because you had to take care of your daughter, it saddens me but I understand it.
The flow chart is really cool. It would be interesting to see such a chart for some of the higher order cuboid shape mods.
I think you figured out the fundamental issue that people have with these puzzles, which is the first and most important step to the solution. However you went from beginner to expert without stepping anywhere in between. The problem i have is that rather than understanding the cube and the problems, i have to look up what these terms and notation mean and actually do them to properly follow along. Perhaps demonstrations requiring minimal amounts of moves to illustrate your point would be easier. If i'm understanding this correctly, it would be easier to follow with some sort of computer simulation that were capable of showing the cube at all angles, while also being able to specially color the squares that you're disregarding. Moreover, explaining why you are able to disregrd them would be useful as well.
