This is the scariest level in geometry dash and it will be for a very long time or most likely forever, let me explain. if you could’ve heard the story behind all of these levels in this series it would make it so much scarier, i recommend watching “requiem dx” the 20 minute video on lithifusions channel and watch this again a few things i like about this level is how after hearing the story the self harm isn’t just there to be scary it’s there to represent a true experience the creator suffered. another thing is in 0:29 - 0:45 it’s almost like a prayer, as a christian having the knowledge i know, the way this prayer is represented imo is like almost a twisted psychotic broken mind trying to call out for the Lord to somehow fix his wounds. evidence of this is the constant graphic imagery flashing and other epileptic effects, this person isn’t sane while praying, especially with “amen” with the cross saying “david” on it and the grey hands reaching up for it in a sort of hellish atmosphere. the mind has been corrupted to the point where his prayers are unholy and won’t reach God. which is terrifying. but that’s my take. and another small detail is the profanity in 1:05 which is honestly so rare because there usually not in levels even when there not meant to be rated, like even scary levels like “man man” which is way more nsfw don’t have it and it just makes this level feel so raw like it truly came from lithifusions heart from his past experiences. I honestly wish the best for this dude, and rest in peace David.
its all fun and games until you realize this getting put on the list puts KOCMOC out of top 10
