I remember having a panic attack when I was 11, I was in classe and it was really hard to breath. I remember that my classmate was making fun of me for having a panic attack so I went to the toilette and I came out when I felt better That day none knew what I've been trough
I have panic attacks and the asking to touch is actually very good. Some people touch can be a trigger while some find it cringy it actually is good to ask. The questions on observations are good too:) very accurate on it all!!!! Good job:)

I've had panic attacks at school none of my friends knew what was happening so they got me down to the nurse and since it was severe the nurse told my friends to leave but I wanted one to stay and she had panic attacks too and I didn't know but hers were so different from mine that she didn't know it was a panic attack I can't breath its like someone's choking me in my panic attacks and they thought I was dying but I was fine
