Im 50/50 on this company, i do owe this company for almost 1 year ady, and its a laggard in my portfolio, the only one in the red, on paper good business model, recurrent, high margin, they have a good financial position, but the only issue i have is management, went to agm and also live session with ceo, asked a few questions, and i get the feel that management is boastful, got few qs didnt ans properly, and people i knw who are analyst also got this same vibe , and their result has been disappointing at best, downright bad at worst as managemnet is saying sales is good but results arent showing, and i say this as a doctor investor who uses their products daily, given that they are expected to reach maximum capacity by 1QFY25, given that this stock has underperformed vs bursa healthcare index, its wait and see but might be time to move on to better ideas by FY2025

Since the main cost for the company is latex, hedging means buying enough latex (raw material) early if they think latex price is going to increase drastically in the future. In this case, the company has hedged themselves for about a year supply of raw material so they don't need to worry about the fluctuation of costs anymore.

Well said Proff.The pioneer Companies privatised,was the succesful moneymaking Entinties, for the benefit of a large no of chrinies,to fund back the Goverment iin other areas for another set of chronies and certain Quarters to make money,making a loss on employment,loss in quality of service and hogged on the rakyat to pay for everything.This was a mockery,bacause the the smart took advantage,and of course collobrate to make money in the areas of Medical and education sectors,where a larger portion of the society rarely benefits.The politicians,the rich and a selected group only benefit to live a quqlity life.Absurd system.
