That's not the IRS's website - it's the US Treasury's website. The Beneficial Ownership information requirement is not an Internal Revenue Service requirement or filing. It's a filing of the US Treasury - their financial crimes division.

Bizee is a scam guys don’t go there for the past 6months they haven’t provided my ein number and they keep coming up with stories and when I call irs they tell me my ein has not be created they can’t find any information at all

Just wanted to comment. I perfer Obsidian for its easy of organic structuring as opposed to Notions nesting folder filing system. Edit: I guess I stopped considering it after I dismissed the idea of using notion. The someone elses computer ( Cloud ) vs ownership of my files. That obsidian markets better to me about putting users data security first. An apporoach that tends toward secure by default, open access at your discretion.

Worst experience!!!Tell the price when call you , and after I paid more,so for pro version 2 lines*19,95$+tax need to be 43$, but I paid 59.72$ , added a lot of fees that we didn't discuss never,I moved from Spectrum because lying me is cheaper. There I payed 22+tax ,like 24$ for a line ,so 2 line is 48$ ,here I pay 59.72$.But I will make a complaint to the FCC for a scam.I recorded our conversation with sales person(after agreeing to be recorded) and I will give to FCC to solve the problem. It is a lot of scammers in this country. Avoid Ooma

I’m looking to start an ATM BUSINESS. I’ve heard of big banks like BoA don’t really mess with these kinds of businesses because of the high risk. Since Bizee’s EIN services are from BoA, can you give me any advice banking wise for a business account??? Like a smaller but quality bank or legit and lenient credit Union???

Your EIN is something you setup with the IRS so it’s not related to your bank. I use BoA the pros are that it’s a huge bank and hard for it to belly up but the typical issues you see with old banks not keeping up with tech as well. I’ve only personally used bigger banks and Citizens has been one that’s given me the least issues. In your situation a good local credit union might be worth a look.

Personally I wouldn’t. But it doesn’t matter too much what the name is bc you can have a dba (doing business as) or sometimes called a fictitious business name which acts like your brand name under the LLC. So your LLC name could be bfjsksbf LLC but then have a fictious name representing your biz.

Unless you like giving away money do it yourself this gets way to expensive for things you can do yourself with very little work involved especially them setting up your virtual mail .. an absolute joke and 2 businesses days and still don’t have my LLC

you saved me tons of money with the BOI info. It seems like most of these services don't offer much just a pretty website with jacked up prices. Bizee is definitely the best one but all the paperwork is doable by ones self at only a fraction of the cost. I went with tailor brands being uneducated on the matter and I regret it. Thankfully im only out $100 because all I got was the EIN and LLC filing, but for instance, they are charging $199 for BOI filing..... it took me not even 5 minutes to fill out by myself for FREE. Pretty ridiculous.

i litterally ffound this video immedaitely after getting off with Tailor Brands. Ive never felt so much stress and confusion as i did with them. So many sales tactics and services to pay for, its like i want to have my money back becuase i might have purchased things i dont need. I really wish i found this before i went with them. I'll probably see what happens after a month or so. Thanks for this video.
