  @@lutello3012 that's a great question and I have absolutely no idea why. It also seems to get less red and more brown as time goes on. I'm guessing the less faded part might have been against the core for many years, I honestly can't remember which way it was wound when I got it though.

  @@alexvande81 acetate prints absolutely can and will do. I once owned a large Super 8 collection and noted that they did move to polyester prints relatively early.

  Ciggy ads on 35mm are one of my favorite things. Mostly because some guy will eventually find it and get mad in the comment section that it exists.

  @@RecordCouncil Wow, just saw that, fantastic. Truth be told, I actually used the copy uploaded to the Internet Archive, as that retained more detail and color info.
