Why don't they show you the cheque numbers of cheques you've successfully deposited? Their system is very slow and glitchy, I'm losing track of which cheques made it through. It's ridiculous that they don't show which cheques have been deposited, even hsbc shows the cheque numbers. I need a new bank.

i went to "Contact us" on the Citizens site and i see it says "Citizens Chat. Have questions or concerns? Chat with us Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm ET". But the page offers no tab or link to click on to access a chat. It's 1pm on Friday 2/9/2024, so it should be active.

i'm ok with "paperless", but when i do want to view an image of a check (via online, through the Citizens website), it tells me "Sorry, an error was encountered when trying to retrieve your account information. Please try again." So i wait a little bit and give it another shot, then it tells me "We are currently not able to process your request. Please try again later." This happens every single time i try. Keep in mind, the header of the page says: "Document center. All of your documents, all in one place. Search below to find your statements, check images, eNotices, tax forms and recent applications."
I am sorry this is your experience, I'll use your message to note dissatisfaction. There shouldn't be an issue as long as Citizens checks are being used. If the account transferred from a different bank and the old bank's checks are still being used, the image will not be available.
