Shouldn’t David have been keeping his mouth CLOSED while breathing in and out to get his Oxygen up? Keeping your mouth closed and breathing through your nose gets the air/oxygen in your LUNGS. Breathing through your mouth gets it in your stomach which is not as efficient getting oxygen in your bloodstream.

From his jump height, why would you expect that the earth's curvature should be visible? He's jumped from about 10,000 feet lower than commercial passenger jet aircraft fly at - the earth's curvature isn't visible from their height either. Just out of interest, are you one of these deluded flat earth believing fools?

When Winnie the Pooh tried this, he couldn't lower his arms for weeks after but at least he scored some Huny. Has Guinness recognized David Blaine's record after that set by, Mike Howard (UK) and Steve Davis (US)? en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cluster_ballooning Like other's commenting here, I don't understand why he didn't attach the parachute before taking off.

Following you for a long time now. The Best.hanged the lightbulb in my hallway while standing on a kitchen chair last week.

It was risky and you we're in Danger. i think you did mistake taking some more safety. You could take two parachutes and life jacket, those ribbons with balloons were also fragile and due to bad weather and heavy load it could bend and balloons could also burst. This was totally a wrong decision to fly over the sky really!!! But yeah you are a Brave and eligible to be an astronaut that i believe!

To be an astronaut it is not important to consider altitude, all consideration depends on will and daring power and about the Universe and obtaining skill also. No point in this. Not to mention the possibility of killing people by violating class A. The one idiot on comm asked something about being in class A w/o permission. Wonder what ATC thought when this hit came up on primary radar. Criminals who do anything for $.

Did you actually not think that the FAA were advised of this aviation activity and that restricted airspace was set up in order to keep aircraft out of the area?

Why couldn't you land by unhooking a few balloons? It’s a shame that they didn’t show the balloons after David unhooked from the bunch of balloons. It would be very interesting to see what happened to the balloons after this. Why is the video uploaded as a screen recording? Because of this, the image quality is worse.

You seem to have this 'interesting' expectation, that just by releasing some balloons, the descent rate could be controlled to the extent that he would end up having a 'soft landing'?
