  HUSS Enterprises are all built like this. You can find these practically all over the world, and while I'm not big into extreme flat rides, the two Enterprises I've ridden (Thorpe Park's "Zodiac" and Ocean Park's "Space Wheel" - at least I think that was its name) have felt very safe.
