Just grow your own. There is no sense paying someone to grow it for you. All you need are some seeds and a few lights. Seeds are cheap lights are cheap. It just takes someone who likes to care for plants and is willing to read up on the best ways to grow.

600 million is a slap in the face. And youve got Google actually saying there are 190k households within a 20 mile square radius! This is so far from true ot isn't funny. There are maybe 2000 people that live in east palestine. Within the 20 mile radius there are maybe 35k residents. The whole thing stinks. For a year Norfolk southern fought to pay nothing. And after a year they aren't paying a thing. Lawfirms are saying that if you live within 2 miles you get 10k each. 5 miles gets 5k. 10 miles 1000. There are maybe 3000 people within a two mile radius. Half of that 600 million will go to lawyers that weren't effected at all. I'm 16 miles from it. I almost Ed ended up in ER. Maybe I'll get a check for 300 bucks. The judge that heard this case should be investigated

Usually yes the demolition company does get rights to things left in the building being demo’d as part of their payment. I have seen contracts for $1 to demo a huge 600,000 sq ft factory. They make their money scrapping the metals, selling the broken concrete, recycling items etc. The difference here is it is SOMEBODY’s PERSONAL items. You can bet your sweet a ss if it was one of their personal items - the mayor or board member they would be able to get their personal items out prior to demo.
