  Hey, welcome to The Division and for actually giving a damn about the game. You are going through everything that I went through when I started playing the game early last year. What you are seeing here is a complete loser activating his lag switch. Players like this are nothing but spiteful and toxic pieces of crap who enjoy annoying other players. They basically are freezing you on the spot and then shooting the crap out of you whilst you are shooting at where you think they are. This is always to get the upper hand and is the equivalent of you holding a small child at arm's length by his head and then telling him to punch you - you know that he can't and you can just humiliate that kid until you have had enough. There are things to do to counter this though, so all is not lost. If you are in a group and you see a lag switcher that you know of then don't just stand there in one spot and don't all stand together. You can focus fire him if you time it right and if he is not an experienced lag switcher then he is going down. Beware of your surroundings and who is around you also - if you see the lag switcher going into his menu then he is probably inviting others around him to be on his side. If in a team of 3 or 4 then have shock grenades and frag grenades always ready to chuck at him. Most coward lag switchers use Nomad and will use a shock turret also in most cases. A lot of these lag switchers like to use an M700 Carbon rifle as well so look out for what people are running around with on their backs. Most lag switchers also wall glitch and some also use Cronus and even Scuf Controllers or Mouse & Keyboard. This is what legitimate players are up against. Most are stupid little kids but there are also grown men and even women and girls that lag switch. Nearly all will laugh emote you when they have put you down and they will always run when they can't activate their lag switch. They are all carbon copies of each with their copy/paste builds from other player's KZread videos. Most of these will be from Arabic speaking Countries and will have a plethora of friends to call upon who will also more than likely be cheaters as well. There are quite a few Japanese and Chinese lag switchers and loads of Russian ones and now there is lots of Romanian ones too. There are lag switchers from all over the World and none of them give a damn about your wanting to play the game as intended. It is a toxic playground filled with many toxic losers. Shoot the crap out of every single one you see and bully them off the server. Good luck.

  Also, I would like to add this: Going back to the start of this video clip. I noticed you only had 2 players in your team. Keep yourself spread out and give him 2 separate targets - an experienced lag switcher with a good lag switch is capable of putting 3 players down quickly, but he has to choose just one target initially. Shoot the crap out of his immuniser and place shock or fire turret down at around the same time. If he hasn't managed to put you all down then he will get the immediate effects of those turrets keeping him in place and then focus fire the toxic little rat. Shock, fire or anything that will immobilise him and keep him from firing his guns. Please don't do what some people do and add a lag switcher to your friend list. Some people do this to help them against other lag switchers and this is just making the DZ worse. All this does is inflate the 'called-upon' lag switcher's ego and makes him feel like a super hero. You don't need any losers on your list. Play honest, play fair and smash these noobs into the concrete.
