I loved watching the end of the fight when my dude Strickland was begging that guy to actually keep fighting him and to not keep running away (backwards). It was nuts seeing that guy adysanya running away like that to just run out the time to be saved by the bell because he definitely didn’t want himself to get knocked out and have it on his record….. Strickland was screaming at him with his hands down telling him to fight!! And it was amazing I hope Strickland does well again in the next fight against Acosta

Hey guys how about we not get emotional if you get hit hard. I spar with this one guy and we go hard on the body no head shots. But we still aim for the head to get real reactions. When we spar depending on how we feel we go from either 70%~100% power for striking. No kicks usually and we always get good work in without getting carried away. A fight must know how to react calmly and not emotionally cause you got rocked. It’s easy to say it but the reality is you gotta learn how to take a punch especially if you wanna dish one out.
