Easiest way is to suicide at the end of first section of highway stage. If you pick up the 1up and kill all enemies you get 2,000 points in 60 seconds, and repeat it as many times as you like

However, to use the internet and PSN, you'll need a thing called iTLS-enso, there's a special version for devkits and a special version of enso for devkits as well. A month or two ago there was an auction for a devkit with this build on it, a group called obscuregamers won the auction and put the raw files on archive.org, then Cri4Key, the master of PSASBR mods and looking into game files, was able to convert the files into a .pkg that I installed on the devkit we played on for the start of the stream. He then told me how to use a program to convert that file to a format you can use with RPCS3, which we did for the tournament.
