It’s 2024 and i was playing hand games with my friends at my nephew’s graduation this was made in 1975 and Bettie said she was playing i have always wondered the origin of certain black games and rhymes it’s safe to say they originated from maybe slavery or not too long after ❤ 😅 I almost though she created the song! Her mother probably taught her 😮

As a young man 30 years ago I would drive to Dallas often on Saturday night to catch RL's show . RL and I had mutual friends from way back and the doorman at the club always wanted to sign me up for professional wrestling school as he was a retired wrestler himself. I can say I never had a Saturday night up there that was extremely fun in multiple ways. Was usually the only white guy there which always lent itself to a interesting time. Great place Great folks

What is the continuous squeal that sounds like a door opening or closing every few seconds?? Is that literally the sound of the reel? So amazingly authentic ❤️

I recently heard Charlie saying modern blues is all speed and show off licks without soul. I tend to agree but this is some of the fastest blues I’ve ever heard. 😂❤
