Cooking up Asheville flavor at our local restaurants for 18+ years! At Westmoreland & Scully, we are food folks before anything else. We are a company that creates a strong link between our restaurants, Corner Kitchen and Chestnut, the Asheville community, and, ideally, the rest of the world. Proudly featuring locally-sourced ingredients and local partnerships, co-owners Kevin and Joe make sure that the W&S restaurant group is an integrated, cooperative contributor to our thriving and unique area. We try to do what we can to make the world around us a better place, from the food we make to our dedication to sustainability, paying a living wage to all staff, and saying "yes" as often as we can.     I’d love tomato jam! And I get the eating it out of the jar. Try it on pork! You don’t have to have just pork chops and applesauce! I like it on my pulled pork specifically. Along with your pork loin…

    I am going to make this Tomato Jam with my frozen tomatoes from the freezer. Will roast them first else they will be took watery I think.

    Try spreading tomato jam over a pan pizza with pickled red onions, Italian sausage, goat cheese, and aioli. Best pizza I’ve ever had.

    See how thick his sauce is? Simmer (make sure to keep scraping down the sides of your pan) until yours is about that thick.

    It tastes so good that I tried to put it on a roast beef sandwich all day.. I ran out in 10 minutes.. my sandwich was like a soup of beef and jam.. but it was still delicious 😋

    Love this! That was a great night. Servers and chefs were seriously fantastic. Wish I could have those scallops again - they were incredible!

    I think I might have to leave my disk of goat cheese in the freezer until I get a head cold. The kick-back is quite something. It doesnt smell,its the aftertaste.
