Why was the 80's music inserted in this show? What was the point? Makes no sense. I thought it was going to be edgy or cool when it first started. :(

Templin is one of the best instructors in the game now. This and the fountain show is some of the best work I’ve ever seen. Plus this show was so emotional because of graduation and close deaths. They left it all on the floor and it shows.

Not to discredit her teaching abilities or her achievements and this colorguard, but being married to Hopkins (who is quite infamous) is not a good look. I wouldn’t say now either because she’s stepped down.
@kaceisawesome2 жыл бұрын
@@NickdeBey oh I 100% agree. My dad was close friends with her and I’ve known her all of my life and that’s strained a lot of relationships. She can do better in that department. And him settling everything isn’t enough action.

Corona, California is next to Temecula which has wineries and winemaking facilities, so the subject is organic-- more so than most shows. Beautifully danced, beautifully choreographed. The highest impact moments were unison flag work. Wouldn't mind a large prop bottle tipping over, and massive banners pouring forth and enwrapping the various couples at the end, but hey.

@jackjack604l4d24 жыл бұрын
I'd have to disagree, I think it adds to the visual, and it would be kinda odd to have a whole show about kissing and not have a kiss in it.
@FuriedHearts4 жыл бұрын
@@jackjack604l4d2 Why? You can talk about sex and romance and physical stuff without having to do it or see it. The making out is just weird. A kiss maybe but making out? Lol
@jackjack604l4d24 жыл бұрын
@@FuriedHearts I don't think they were inherently making out. And, color guard is a visual art, so again I think it's a little redundant to have a whole color guard show about kissing and not demonstrate a kiss. It's also extremely uncommon for members to kiss on the floor, so it kind of gave a wow factor to the show.
