    I can't start my eton beamer 11 scooter it was working fine but kick start but no fuel coming from petcock

  • @blackjack98enterprises
    @blackjack98enterprises26 күн бұрын

    I just found out a few weeks ago. That the petcock needs a vacuum to release the gas for fuel flow from the tank to the cylinder. I made a video of it on this channel also. If you watch that video, you'll have an ide on how the petcock works. If there's no fuel flow, my best guess is the hose is disconnected, there's a clog by the fuel filter, that part of the carburetor needs to be flushed, or the petcock needs to be replaced.

    I have few questions we have the same scooter. I got my scooter used, too. And it has some problems bog in down crazy or just not starting but 1 minute.. 1.) Where did you buy your carburetor ? I noticed now the owner switched the car. 2). Do you keep the cap on the spark plug or take it off ? 3.) What 2 cycle oil do you use ? And much to you put in moped ? Thank you

  • @blackjack98enterprises
    @blackjack98enterprises2 ай бұрын

    1) I bought the carb from the seller called Get 2 it parts. It's original. But there are cheap knockoffs from Chinese origins. 2) yes I kept the cap on the spark ug. 3) when I started tinkering with it just to get it going, I used a cheap Walmart beand. Then once I got it running to the point of proper tune up, I used the recommended oil. In this case it was a racing lubricant from Amsoil. The specs say the first run should be a 50:1 mixed gas to Eli.inate the bubbles. And then regular gas after that. The oil reserve used the same oil. My next step is to fine tune it. With the proper gas and oil. Those scooters use only premium fuel. Not regular 87 as vehicles do. I have the downloaded manual. I try to use as much genuine parts I can find. But if not, I research to use parts that exceed expectations.

    Yes. I purchased it online. It was delivered to Vancouver from gibsons. It's a home hardware product. It started on the first pull. I put oil inside. I checked pump oil, it was just half full. I put fresh gas into it. Followed all protocol gor starting. And I was insanely impressed. It has a lot of power. It straps wood. It strips grime off concrete. It strips graffiti off telephone poles. I paid $1120 for it, everything included. Staffers assisted with loading it into my vehicle. I registered it online. If you want to see it, un boxed, I made a video of that too, same channel. I read the owners manual 3vtimes do far.

    If you own a TD 33 that is not running correctly, and has the following symptoms: Poor starting / Uneven tickover / Bogging Down / No power when accelerator is depressed. Please focus upon the TK 1 Carburettor. At 14:40, you will see a Brass Primer Valve. Although this video does not show a close-up of this brass primer, you can see that it contains two (2) grooves towards the tip of the primer valve. This brass primer should contain two rubber 'O' rings. The purpose of these rubber 'O' rings is to seal, and to prevent any air from passing around the bore of this primer valve. The TK 1 is in my opinion, a poorly-designed Carburettor, because this brass primer is the #1 cause of poor running. To fix this, you must block-off the hole, and throw away this brass primer valve. I used an aluminium rivet which was a sliding fit down this bore. I first cleaned the bore with acetone (and this rivet too). Add a little super glue, then insert. Please also be careful not to add any superglue to the end of the plug that you insert. If you do this, you will block the Carburettor Main Jet!! I can see that over 800 persons have examined this video, and many would have starting / running problems with their TD 33. I modified my TD 33 in this way, and the machine ran like it was brand-new again! If you do not have an inline Primer in the fuel line - buy one and use instead of the brass primer. I hope this helps, because the Kawasaki is a great model, but the TK1 Carburettor lets it down for this reason.
