Right on sister keep running. I just started a couple years ago. And i enjoy it now. I use to hate to run. I was a big guy. But i didn't let that stop me. I started eating better. Doing 16 hour intermittent fasting and drinking more water and not so much beer anymore. It has saved my life and im a better person because of it. I lost 70 pounds i fill great. Im now 30 and im in the best shape of my life. Anyone can do it. Just keep pushing and u will make it to the finish line. Then when ur done u will say that wasn't so bad after all. We all need to run this World would be a better place. People would be more happyer. Thats why it only seems like 1% of people actually run. Because its hard at first then it gets easyer as u keep pushing. Start running guy's. Thanks for posting this video. Take care😁✊❤

Okay, so I'm a triathlete and have a question abt running. I run cross country mainly and run a 4k race in meets. Right now I run in an asics gel cumulus, and as I run I can hear my footsteps. They're really loud and I'm trying to fix it, but the sole is really big. My knees go inward and the soles help that, and I also have high arches, but the footsteps bother me and I wonder if it'll be better if I switch to a different brand. Asics haven't injured me and I've worn those for about four years, but I can't seem to make my footsteps quieter. Should I get fitted again or stay where I am?

Love your foot strike and form - it looks comfortable. Did you stick with running twice daily or how do you train lately? Wondering because I get these urges to run twice a day because it's so nice!

Why? She has developed better form from past injuries it sounds like. Doing so is how you can manage to run for decades without needing surgery or special care.

Lovley video with great filmography. In the early 1970s world class trainers lasted (for me) 1,400 - 1,500 miles (mostly road running) and had soles at least as good as today's models. For example Adidas 'Mexica Blue' and 'SL72'. Today's trainers are more about gimmicks that quality. Best wishes for the future.

Great story! I have been running for 5 years now and I have never won a race, but I have won to me I started with a 10k race and slowly moved all the way to a 50 mile race and in one month I will be running a 100 mile 24 hour race. Good luck to you and always, RUN STRONG! :)

Onya cuz. I recommend in the 100 miler to take regular walk breaks from the BEGINNING. This will keep you fresher for longer and give you the BEST CHANCE of doing well. It takes good discipline, but the rewards are well worth it. All the best.

when I run i don't care about the miles because I get lost and it feels like no one else exists but me and I lose all form and thought of my emotions and it's like my body is in the worst pain but it feels so good and welcoming and when I think I can't go another mile I run harder and push it and die out and when I come home every perception of home and everybody returns and my body really feels worn out and I sleep forever. i usually run about 10 or 15 miles daily but when I get over excited I hit it up too 25 and I feel free.😃

Awesome reading about your passion for running! Makes me excited about my next run (which was a few minutes ago, lol). It's been a year since your comment - do you still run 10-15 miles every day?
