Idk. As a listener I think i still liked the larsen strings more. But I agree that the spirocore are very... brassy. Ive been looking for warmer C and G strings that will blend with my larsen d and a better.

I would love to hear what you would think of the Larsen Il Cannone Warm & Broad A vs the Jargar Superior A.

This is the exact video that convinced me to try a whole set of regular Versum strings earlier this year.

How have you found them? I have a Spirocore C and G (with standard Larsen A and D) and I've looking to switch up. I've found the lower strings to be at times a little strident and less responsive than I'd like, so I'm curious how Versum would compare. On the other hand...I love the resonance I've gotten from Evah Pirazzis, so I'm torn.

Very interesting. But why don't you say which strings this are what you are playing? Do not understand such a thing.

It is obvious that 2nd half of video covers versum on all 4 strings

It is a very nice keyboard, Yamaha has always been our number brand when it comes to purchasing keyboard. We currently own 10 keyboards 5 of them being Yamaha's (MX88/MX61/MONTAGE 8/ MOD 8 /MOD 7)

As a matter of fact at guitar center with the salesman he was like you were I was like block out the look so I played several progressions on both he was like bro it does SOUND BETTER. I was hitting certain notes he was like bro they sound completely different he said the mx88 sounded better!! But of course as far as the things you can do on the montage blows it out the water. But it was more of a piano sounding and feel for me!
