Stories of ghosts--well, yes, but the most endearing quality of his channel is that it tells calmly and movingly stories of living men and women. I somehow feel, if you will, the ghost of Dickens in a somber mood
Hi Lenny Penny..there is a story of the ghost of a huge white dog seen curled up infront of the hearth of a fireplace..Hampton Palace
I will have to look into that story. Will Lenny Penny assist me? Unlikely! 👻🙋♀️
A ghostly clown head? Yea I'm taking this theatre off my "must visit" list.
I know. Creepy! 🙋♀️👻
Nicola another excellent episode. Love the menus, letters and postcards in your series.
Glad you like them! This was the first video with bits and pieces at the end and I just love these bits of history. Thank you so much 👻🙋♀️
Thanks spooky place
Yes indeed! 👻🙋♀️
Another great video Nicola. Thanks for all your hard work. Like and Subscribe.
Much appreciated! Thank you ever so much indeed. A new video will be with you soon 👻🙋♀️
Just discovered your channel! I love ghost stories and found this one very interesting. I don't think I will be staying at the Luxor after watching this and reading the comments. Sphinxes also creeped me out as a kid. However, looking forward to a Queen Mary video! I've been there several times.
Thanks and welcome to the channel! I am so glad you enjoyed the video. Queen Mary will be a bit longer but it’ll be a big video I think! 🙋♀️👻
I stayed there when it was new. Wonky sideways moving elevators and claustrophobic rooms
Yes. I 100% agree! 👻🙋♀️
The poor soul was cursed by bell, book and candle.!
Nicola, I'm watching your channel instead of watching television. Love the Post Scripts and Menus at the end of your videos. Thanks for your hard work on these videos.
Wow, thank you! Goodness me this means so much to me. I love my bits and pieces at the end. I’m obsessed with menus! 👻🙋♀️
@@ghostcasebook1266 I now look forward to your special bits at the end. We all appreciate how much work you put into these presentations.
Thank you for your captivating storytelling. I'm now a huge fan. Like and Subscribe.
Thanks and welcome! I am so pleased you are enjoying the videos and there are plenty more to come 🙋♀️👻
👍👻👏🏻
Great video thanks I will be staying at the luxer hotel in August when I come to las vegas
I hope you have a wonderful time. You must let me know if anything strange happens. Will you see Mr fat, white beach ball head man? 👻😳
What a gorgeous little dog. What breed is he/she? I love the colour of ĥis/her fur. Sorry for being so nosey. I am a big fan of your channel, by the way, as well as your dog.❤😂
You are so kind He’s my friends’ little boy Lenny Penny. He’s a Shih Tzu and Bichon Frize mixture! Thank you for your comment 👻🙋♀️
A beautiful building with a great history!! Thank you for uploading!!
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you! 👻🙋♀️
Love your channel. You should have at least 100,000 subscribers. Excellent work.
Wow, thank you! Maybe one day! 👻🙋♀️
Thank you! I've read other, rather sensationalized accounts, particularly of the human "monster" of Glamis. You present a view of the matter that is both humane, compelling and credible. Refreshing to come across!
Wow, thank you! That’s so kind! 👻🙋♀️
I should nt be watching this at 10'30 at night
Don’t have nightmares! 👻🙋♀️
I think trader joes is the same company as either Aldi or lidl
Oh maybe. But the actual store inside is so cool! Very different to the UK stores. The produce section was amazing. I could have spent a day just looking around! 🤭
I don't know which one is creepier. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre house being converted into a Bed and Breakfast or Wargrave prison being turned into flatts.
Makes sense. I stayed there my wedding night lol
I've lived in Lincolnshire most of my life, only a hour drive from Hemswell. This is the first I've heard of this dog knocking around Hemswell. The Green Lady of Thorpe Hall might interest you. Brilliant upload Nicola 👍😀 xx
Oh thank you ever so much indeed! I will look into that 👻🙋♀️
Nevada has lots of strange ghost throughout the state. 😮
Yes so I gather! 👻🙋♀️
I loved hearing your cat meowing in the background when you were telling of your own experiences!
I know. Sadly she’s left this earthly realm. I miss her. 👻🙋♀️
@@ghostcasebook1266 Aw, I'm sorry she's crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Hugs!
The Luxor was always unsettling to me in its ambiance. It was not a happy feeling sort of place. The terrace hallways were scary in terms of looking str8 down. But I stayed many times and memorized the layout and then got used to it. Mainly by the time I began staying there it felt past it’s prime and left over from the 90s, nothing seemed to fit it, save for blue man, most residency acts were regional in nature. Never felt like home and I was always happy when I got to leave it.
I agree, there’s a strange feeling there, I think. That atrium is terrifying! I wonder if they’ll knock it down and put something new on the site. 🤷♀️👻
This little guy doesn't seem impressed with the story
No! He’s too sleepy ha ha! 👻🙋♀️
Lenny Penny ate to much for dinner 😂snoozing time! 👻
Oh completely! He stuffed his little face! 👻🙋♀️
Do not ever stop showing us your so called 'tat.'
Very enjoyable commentary and stories
Oh thank you ever so much indeed. 👻🙋♀️
Always had good luck @ Luxor, didn’t like how they redesigned the ‘Egyptian’ theme there
Wow I love this! The Egyptian theme is far less in your face now, I suppose! 👻🙋♀️
Fascinating stories, with some impressive witnesses. My scepticism has taken a bashing
Oh thank you Paul. Yes I was quite surprised to see household names seeing these phantoms! 👻🙋♀️
I’d love to hear more about the ghosts of the Las Vegas strip ❤
Thank you, I will do this for a future video. 👻🙋♀️
Our lives would not be complete without doggies, this cutie looks just like mine, except that mine is caramel coloured!
Oh how sweet. There’s one in a neighbouring street who is sort of baguette colour! Very cute. 🥰
These are amazing, beyond amazing. Mad respect for your deep dives 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much 😀 I am glad you are enjoying the videos 👻🙋♀️
Your dog gets cuter every time I see it. awww
Well he definitely gets sleepier every time I tell him a story! 👻🙋♀️
There you go. Confimed. Charles Macklin, spectral theater manager. At first I though the picture was a bobble-head of Charles Macklin!
Yes indeed he was! 👻🙋♀️
Your dog loves those bed time stories. Good night Doggie.
He’s sleepy after eating his dinner! 👻
Hi Nicola... Now why are you telling that poor little curly doggie ghost stories? He's not going to be able to sleep a wink...😂
Ha ha I love this Alfred! He’s eaten his dinner so now a snooze! 👻🙋♀️
Wow. I looked into the last story about Madame de Mazarin (e), and it would seem she has something to do with a book I'm working on (that is about the lives of long-dead people). 🤫Knowing Mazarin's life as I do, her soul coming back wouldn't surprise me. I love this channel, and who knew I would find this story directly connected to me? That must be fate.
Oh wow how interesting that you are working on a book. Glad you enjoyed the video for sure. A coincidence! 👻🙋♀️
Really cool video, interesting stuff! That guy would have freaked me out as well lol. I wonder what was up with him... creepily weird. No one could pay me enough to stay in that place, terrified of heights lol. "The spyglass thing" made me smile, it was cute lol - we call it a peep hole here in the US but goodness knows what that means in the UK given that 'fanny pack' is definitely not a small belted handbag there 😆 - differences in word meanings between our countries are comical sometimes. I always wanted to see the Titanic exhibit there and definitely do believe that objects can hold spiritual energy. I'll always feel that The Big Piece should be displayed in Belfast, but not for me to decide lol, and I would still love to see it wherever it resides. Just subscribed, going to check out more of your videos. <3
Oh thank you so much and welcome to the channel. So glad you enjoyed the video. It is a bit of a strange hotel and that atrium is odd! Yes you’re right about the different meanings in the UK and USA. It catches me out sometimes! 👻🙋♀️
Happy slumbers Lenny Penny! Interesting black dog ghost (?) story Nicola. Happy Sunday everyone🥰🙏🕊🙋♀️🐾👻💤💤💤❤
Thank you so much! He’s sleepy! 👻🙋♀️
Doggo looks bored. "Is that the best you have?" LOL
Nah. He's falling asleep to the sound of her voice! 😊
He’s full of food so he’s extra sleepy! 👻🙋♀️
Awww the dog is thinking: “I’m trying to nap”. Love the video
Yes indeed! 🤭
@@ghostcasebook1266 what is the dog’s name?
He is Lenny Penny and he’s nearly three 🥰
Hi nichola awesome live history video I enjoyed it. How is your weekend going? My weekend is going well and my cat Benjamin is doing well also. Have a great day see you next video 😊
Thank you Michelle and I had a great weekend. Hope you did too! 👻🙋♀️😻
Doggie ASMR🥰
Yes, maybe! 👻🙋♀️
I was meant to have my Uni graduation at the Sunderland Empire... but non of my friend would be there and I was way to broken at the time to go XD
Oh that’s sad and I hope maybe you can watch a play there one day. 👻🙋♀️
@@ghostcasebook1266 Naa, I live in Halifax, so it's usually the Victoria Theatre for me ^_^... not sure it's that haunted though.
I stayed at the Luxor several times and nothing happened 🤷♀️just an older hotel on the strip.
Yes, it is an older hotel. I wonder if they’ll pull it down one day? 🤷♀️👻
Tired doggie.
Yes indeed…and he’s full of food! 👻🙋♀️
ln regard to the young princes. lf you have not already done so, l recommend that you read the book The Daughter of Time by Josephine Tey (Elizabeth MacKintosh). lt may help you form a slightly different opinion of Richard Duke of Gloucester than that held by Shakespeare.
Thank you ever so much indeed! That sounds very interesting for sure 👻🙋♀️
My best friend and I stayed at the Luxor and had a great time. We were on the 16th. floor as well. If you’re afraid of heights definitely don’t look over and straight down. It only took me one time to do that to get it out of my system, lol. The only incident that I recall was when we went by the Titanic exhibit one evening when it was closed. Not what I seen but what I felt, just a strange and unsettling feeling to the point that we didn’t want to stick around.
Oh thank you for sharing this. It really is a long way down isn’t it? The Titanic museum is very moving for sure 👻🙋♀️
