How do you manage moisture which ALWAYS condensate from smoke in the upper chamber portion and falling down is soaking the chips thus at some point the smoker stops working?

Yep, better than anything from the major hitters. Have yet to see a demo from the big names going both directions without adjusting tracking. A grinder that's tuned perfectly will give double the wheel life of one that's even a smidge off.

Brilliant idea.. Have you tried to run it with the pipes on the bottom (upside down compared to this orientation)? It's the main difference between Bella Smokin It and the Big Daddy smoker. A KZreadr showed the Bella Smokin it to be more precise. Also, can you provide a part list for ease of replication?

Hi, thanks for this informative video. One question, have you faced any issues with tablet with regards to the vibrations coming out of the bike’s handlebars? In the past I have used phones for navigation, and I like it quite a bit - but both phones have had issues with their censors/camaras, so wondering if this is the way to go. Thanks Prit.

I'm curious to know how this turned out did you ever post a video when it was finished? I'm asking because I'm actually building one of these for my youtube channel and it was my understanding to get thirteen gpm you need much more than 7.5 hp unless your only using 1000 psi of pressure? But im just learning
