Thank you for noticing this! I try to catch this when it happens but still occasionally slips through. With question three, when I was making it, I fixed the explanation so that R/E was $210,000 to that the question would teach what I wanted to teach. But, looks like I missed updating that in the initial question. So, yes R/E is meant to be $210,000 to start in Question #3. Thanks again!

I really needed to hear this. I finished school just about a year ago (a month before giving birth to my first). Getting my CPA was the purpose of even going back to school. After adjusting to life as a mom, I talked myself out of it. I couldn't imagine how studying that much and retaining the information would be possible. Watching this video really gives me hope. Thank you!

Regarding 5:08, the current EP would be impacted by the gain recognized by the Corp? That is, fmv less adjusted basis (70k). The current EP then would be 110k and accumulated EP 80k. No amount would be return of capital.

I have one query regarding 3rd question, in question it is asked for what income/loss to be reported on individual income tax return, now at individual level we don't know whether martin has passive income to offset passive loss?, so how can we assume that he has passive income and report passive rental loss of $2,250, option A is presumptuous, where as option C states reason for why loss will not be reported in the return
