It’s customized but a UK size 6/8. The horizontal measurements were measured and are not standard, so you can do the same and measure whoever you’d be making the dress for. From the shoulder to whatever point for each horizontal measurement.

Yes, that’s exactly why I did that, there’s a huge difference between the waist and the hip size, doing that would prevent the bulge.

I wouldn’t say it’s constant, it all depends on how wide you want it to be, you could reduce it slightly or even make it bigger. But if you’re going for this exact width you can make it 10 inches wider.
