The rules of football were codified in England by the Football Association in 1863 and the name association football was coined to distinguish the game from the other forms of football played at the time, specifically rugby football. The term soccer originated in England, first appearing in the 1880s as an Oxford association.
Soccer has been the most popular sport around the world for decades. It is incredible how people around the world live the sport of soccer, as if it was a religion. Soccer is the only sport in the world that is able to paralyze entire cities and countries for one single game. Explaining why people feel so passionate about this sport is very hard even for a soccer fan like me. (((There are a few reasons why soccer is so widely available to people. First, it's a relatively simple game that can be played with just a few people. Second, it doesn't require any special equipment, so it's easy to set up a game almost anywhere.))) -theory -

Did he spit two times???
Is this the original audio from the stadium that day?
The quality of Italy’s defenders in the final was telling - there was an awful lot of them! They blanketed the Germans and relied on the playmaking of Conti and the cutting edge of Rossi. As I saw it they played a 1-4-2-1-2, with Scirea as a sweeper behind Gentile/Collovati/Bergomi/Cabrini and in front of them, basically two defenders, Oriali and Tardelli. That’s an awful lot to get through.

The picture with the goal celebration was his brother Brian, at 1998 World Cup against Brasil
They planned this thing before the start of the World Cup, Henry Kissinger and Joe Havelange behind this plan in order to destroy Maradona because he was against the agenda of FIFA, because FIFA is the largest fraudulent and fallen organization.
aw man
my mum always said to me: if everyone tries hard. We’re all a winner
Watch the shadow of the ball. The bastards "handled" the replay
Two frames caught the ball roughly in the same position without capturing the impact. This being with strong backspin, meaning if viewed parallel, would be beyond the painted line.

The great swindle.

I remember this...First time I was able to watch every match which I did apart from the ones that ran at the same time
Rijkaard, vieserik!
-I'm a genie. You have three wishes. -I want a million wishes. -That's not possible. -Then I want you to tell me whether the ball had crossed the line in the WC 66 goal. -A million wishes it is!
of course it was a goal. roger hunt saw that and could of followed up.
Why all the germans talk about KARMA and revenge on England. It was the ref. who decided it was a goal !!! No english players or supporters !!! THE REF. Why do gemans give england the blame. JUST STUPID !!!!

First golden goal in a world cup. Nigeria scored a golden goal vs Argentina in the Olympics final two years prior.

It wasn't a goal it didn't cross the line. But as a young lad of 12 years old ..... of course it was a goal😂
totally defenders fault
he was incredible
best left foot in the game

Between this and Zidane's headbutt, Italy has been on the receiving end of two of the craziest moments in World Cup history
Another doctored video
😂😂😂😂😂 a veritable dutch player i love him
Amazing
Not even a free kick! WTF!!
The only trophy the English won and obviously the english way...by cheating at home, it is embarrasing and a shame for them.
Sad troll
@@crispyduck1706 truth, unfortunately
Cheating? Like the hand of maradona you mean
@@stephencrewes5773 Absolutely!!! but English style by using other people to commit their cheats...

The Russian linesman did not like Germans that’s my opinion.
the referre also was from soviet union
Gotfried Dinst from Suisse
muslerayı maç içinde sahaya gömen adam şimdi beşiktaşla birlikte tüm galatasarayı sahaya gömücek.
Perhaps the most brutal foul in the history of football.
Yup, it was a goal whether you like it or not. Editing the footage to try and make it look like it didn't cross the line is frankly immature and ridiculous. Hunt was there and if it had not crossed the line would have finished it off himself. No need because it did.
Kein Tor!
Like Holzenbein's dive in 1974 against Holland?
Looks to me as if this has been 'doctored' as the shadow of the ball when 'on the line' is away from the ball and it would be on the ground! Also in this vid the ball seems to move when it shouldn't suggesting poor editing skills. Good try but no cigar! Look at the Russian linesman and ask yourself if he would have remembered the war 21 years earlier...... something people rarely consider as affecting his decision!!!🤔🙄 Never a goal!
Look at Roger Hunt's reaction! It's a goal.
You can bet no team has won the World Cup without some favourable fail decison , Only bad losers go on for years .. From the film the referees decisonis understandable ,to any but sulky losers, ,, England has gomnne out of competions with many bad decisons , It happens to all teams,
Very good Highlights with interesting footage 👍
Since then, the English have had the penalty curse.
Surely it wasn't a goal. The same happened in 1974, which benefited Germany.
???
ЕЛ КОРДОБЭС ТОРЕРО -- You mean in 2010 when Lampard's goal went over the goal line by almost TWO FEET and was not given.
Everyone knows that that was the only way England were going to win , by cheating. 😂😂
Explain how England cheated in that game?
@@garyowens1517 Besides from the wembley goal, England cheated in other matches too. Against Argentina, the German ref sent off Argentina captain Antonio Rattin just for looking at him in a way he doesn’t like. Against Portugal, they switched the stadium last minute so Portugal won’t have enough time to get ready.
@@Spinachlover-wv3yo England played all their games at Wembley so how did they switch stadiums against Portugal?
@@garyowens1517 I mean England was supposed to play in Goodison Park against Portugal, but suddenly switched last minute and so the Portugal team had lesser rest. They did that because they were scared of losing to a debutant country in their own home.
@@Spinachlover-wv3yo if my memory serves me right, I'm sure all of England games where at Wembley. Did they not play Portugal in the semi final? They wouldn't have played that at Goodison Park.
If it didn't cross the line, then why didn't Hunt put in the rebound???
Hi, only he could tell you, Strange one.🇬🇧
Same could be said about the hand infront of the camera. The linesman had a better angle of perspective than the cameras, albeit not in line with the posts.
Roger Hunt was not a giraffe .......so he quickly realised the best thing to do was pretend it was over the line.. ...in case Sir Alf was angry with him. And the 4th ''goal'' is absurd .....police chasing spectators around the penalty area.
This is a doctored clip to add some more cheating to the goal!!!!
bebeto made in Bahia LEGEND!!
