Hi lovelies
I live in Melbourne, Australia and I love stationery, planning and journaling.
In 2018 I was one of the first #kikkikplannerinsider people and we created the very first kikki.K B6 planner!
In 2023, I'm working in a combination of Hobonichi planners and journals, as well as Travelers Notebooks and I'm loving fountain pens as well.
I’m a photographer and a scientist but my real job is in genomics - I'm the National Sales Manager for our company - it's a big job, and planning is very important for me to stay organised, productive and on-track. It also can be a stressful job, so journaling really helps me to relax - especially creative journaling, which I find very therapeutic.
I'd love it if you would join me here as I try out new planning methods, journals, planners, stationery, planner accessories, bullet journalling and so much more.

Beautiful patch and charms. Is your foiling coming off of your notebook? It looks like it but it could be just dust particles that I see on the front cover. I am babying mine at the moment so it lives in the dust-jacket that it arrived in. I love the 1.61 folders but I cannot do without the pen loop and the card pockets that I get with the Galen Leather tn inserts.

I just changed my medical journal to the tn this year and it works really well. I did get the vertical and I like the horizontal better. Next year that is what I’m changing to. I tried the passport, but it doesn’t have enough room to write everything I need. I’m jealous of all of your beautiful accessories for your notebooks. I don’t even have one charm on mine. I want a Sakura charm.

That Kaweco looks super cute. Which one is that? I only recently got into fountain pens and was waiting for weeks for Ferris Wheel Press to finally stock Billowing Blush and Emerald Gardens. I eventually wrote them to ask about it and they told me they are shutting down the European site. So I can't order there directly without paying enormous shipping fees.

That sounds good. Yes I 1:09 thought I’d have a go at doing it myself. I won’t be attempting the zip though. I don’t like zippers much, especially the metal ones because i always manage to hurt my fingers on them. I favour magnets and flaps. I’m just waiting on the black wax thread to arrive 🪭

I just love the passport TN so glad I found your channel. Love your collections. I’m thinking of starting a weeks for memory keeping. I have to have multiple books as well. Keeping everything in one place would be so thick I’d have to roll them around in a cart lol. I love the fact that a passport I can store easily in a card storage binder (lil sports card holder binder thing), where as like in my rings I throw the inserts away.
Hahaha “roll them around in a cart” 🤣 I totally get that! I accidentally bought another passport last night! Eek I’m so excited. I do love my Weeks but I’ve been a bit off journaling lately. I think when I’m super tired, it’s the first thing I let go. I wish I didn’t though!

I want all the kaweco ballpoint ones with the clicker. They're so ca-uute!!! I have the clear one and love it!!! I saw your beautiful hot pink kaweco in this video and that's one that's totally on my list!!! That, and the bright blue one. I do love the caps on them so I might have to try a rollerball sometime in the future!!! 💕
The "O" is the Yamanote line, I thought It was the "Big O" (the ferris wheel in the bay), but I guess I stayed in the 90's : ( . By the way, great video, I hope you enjoy your TNR a lot!

Please do a video of setting up all those things when you have it sorted out! I'm so curious! I've come to the decision I can only use a max of 3 planners and journals and when all those planners I was like holy moly! Power to you for being able to keep up with all that! xD I usually just use my journal to talk about my planners and journals thoughts and ideas. I did use a page in my weeks when sorting out my tn sitution tho which was hella useful.

i was having planner anxiety because i felt the planners i set up for 2024 were not working for me, so i bought 4 new planner before I realised i just needed to switch around and turn one of my notebooks into a planner companion hahah now im playing i write a lot in it so i can use the other 4 sterling int planners i got hahahahah

I have been trying to improve my cursive/running writing for a few years. I started with looking at some tutorials from Jet Pens on KZread. They also have practice sheets on their website which I used. I did learn that I have a very tight grip and press pens into the page like I'm trying to go through the page. Then I bought a practice book full of empty lines. Because you only need to touch the page lightly with fountain pens for ink to come through I'm slowly unlearning these bad writing techniques. I'm always keeping an ear out to see what else I might pick up. I am improving and it has all helped.
That’s great to hear! I have a tight grip too which really hurts my hand when writing for longer than a few lines. I don’t dislike my writing but it’s not at all consistent! I’m hoping this regular practice helps. Thanks so much for sharing.

I’ve just watched this video again and I’m not sure what you mean by a “yellow material insert”. Did you mean the blue one? It does come in yellow as well. It’s a cotton “zipper case” and it was limited edition from Travelers Factory. You can sometimes find them, but they do release new ones occasionally. @desleyjaneplans I think that's the one. You put it in your new olive TN and was saying it had a few marks on it, and you needed to spray it with a water protection spray xx
