Like the energizer bunny just keeps goin cool ol truck 😅😅😅
Great video... I have replaced mine now but have a question... there are several fuses on the new box that I did not have on my original... should I match the new one up to the old one? Will there be extra draw on battery from the new fuses that are not being used?
Thanks for your video. Unfortunately it doesn't include shortening the blind.
Turn off the music, let me hear the diesel!
How do u like it after a year?
We love it!
Hey I lost the clip dovyou thing is gonna create a problem
I'm not sure...
Dave Craft here again,I have the same problem with my 2002 olds silhouette van. Every video I have found on KZread says it could be the horn button that has corrosion on it. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave
How did you find out it was the fuse block, you kinda left us in the dark.
Yes, we forgot to mention that this modern fuse box has an integrated horn relay. Unless you know how to solder, replacing the board is the easiest thing to do. This is probably different than your 02 Oldsmobile. Something tells me you may actually be able to fix the horn relay if it ends up being your problem.
I can not find the original door installation video. Can someone post the link?
I'm not sure what you're asking. Do you want to see how to hang the door on the cab?
Does it automatically give you CarPlay or does your vehicle have to have CarPlay installed? I have a 2015 Chevy 1500
Those are preloaded with Carplay by default
Beautiful It looks like the Gastanktruck in the movie
I like this but I think I want one that keeps the ac the way it was like you said. They do make some 10 inch screens that do that. I guess I will go with that option instead.
Just changed mine out on an 18 GMC Sierra 2500 Diesel. Exact same process🫡
I understand how that could be a problem. But my 2015 Chevy Silverado has a different problem. Why does my 2015 Chevy Silverado's cooling and condenser fans continuously cycling on and off?
Its cool but itd be badass if it was all the original shit uust rebuilt or even 3d printed replacement shit 🤷
Would I use the same part if I have a 2015 gmc sierra 1500?
It probably is the same part, but the 2014 and early 15 trucks have different components. You can check compatibility online.
how do you ship lap around a curvy mantle?
There are 3 atlas missile bases in washington state , warden , odessa , and royal city . The missiles where on carrier that took the missle up to the surface then from there it would launch . Took 15 minutes to prep for launch and fueling was the most dangerous part . Odessa site is dry
That sounds similar to the Nike missile sites.
Bro this reminds me about that skateboarding game 🙂
🤙🛹

That Denali was sweet. You need to do a full blown Corinthian Leather upgrade to the truck.
Yes! Thank you for the idea. 😂
My truck is doing the same thing. Had my starter tested and apparently it’s ok. Don’t know what to do..
Clean the connection points. They might be corrosion on them causing a bad connection.
Nice job! how bad was the paint bill of they hade it for that long? :O ;)
Compared to other paint companies, I got a really good deal. They did a fantastic job!
I’ve been having my 2017 sierra for 2 years. Been dealing with this issue for a year. Been putting it off thinking it was going to be a hassle. But I’ve already had the compressor and radiator replaced and now I’m sick of undoing my negative side of the battery every time the sensor goes out. This truck has been giving me nothing but problems. I wonder what’s next? I will say this video is great. Follow it step by step. Always my biggest problem is CLIPS! Idk if I’m the only one that always has problems with clips, but they’re a pain in the butt!
I have the same but with 5.3 . I think my 5.3 is a 💩
Sorry to hear that! Is your 5.3 too slow for you? The 4.3 has about 285 hp, but going uphill she Shute is slow to pick up speed.
@@TheBrothersWorkshop it’s really not that bad . My brother has the 6.2 and I really like that one . My power stroke is the power house. But doesn’t ride like my Silverado. What kills me is what they say you can tow with my truck. Not on a big trip. It’s like 10ooo or something. I basically have the same truck as you just with the 53. I call my little sweetheart my car truck. As long as you keeps them tires, balanced, and rotated it rides like my grandma and grandpa’s Cadillac.
Good video boys! 👏
Finally.... a real review of these things. I've been wanting to see how they actually work before buying them. Thanks guys!
I love it 🤩
ford truck most likely looking at the grill
Did you car audio sound better over all ?
About the same, but the quality of the audio wasn’t why we did the upgrade. The added apple car play was one of the greatest benefits. The original screen would change and do things on its own as well. This replacement stopped that. You can see it in action here in our latest video, and we’ll be making an update video soon: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qHxsxdujgL2biNI.htmlsi=riUawJwOiwiAGgRU
Been in both of these back when I was High School. We used to go in them, drink beer and smoke weed. The first one you were in looks like it's the one on the east side of Roswell past Comanche Hill. We could never get all the way down in that one. The second one you were in looks like the one West of Roswell. We would go out there at night and climb all the way down. Back then there wasn't any LED flashlights, it was the old school incandescent ones with the D size batteries that didn't put out much light. So it was creepy! I remember that green control cabinet at the bottom and the water looks same. That was almost 50 years ago! It's amazing what you do when you're a crazy teenager and think you're invincible. That pipe that is sticking out 12:23. I had a friend climb out on that thing while drunk. It was insane! Thanks for the video, it brings back memories of some crazy times.
Wow! You're friend had some nerves of steel to get out on that pipe. It's awesome to hear these stories. Thank you for sharing!
Resto?!! Lmao… likely just some old-timer or some old-timer son who kept the truck running well through the years😅😂❤
It’s on an entirely different frame… watch it again.
Thanks for the tips, doing a wall right now and never considered 1/4 round!
Glad you found our video helpful! Good luck with your project.
Hi! My truck is doing the exact same thing! Curious if this fixed the problem. About to try it myself with your video and I am no mechanic 😅
Yes it did! We also made several other videos about this same issue, so you can check out the other videos if you feel like you need more information or detail.
@@TheBrothersWorkshop so it worked since tuesday and today on my way home from work the AC stopped blowing cold. The gage is still working and no fan now but AC stopped
One year review?
It's on the way. Dave is planing one in the next few weeks... For now you can see it in our next video that comes out this week. He still runs this unit and is happy with how it works.
This is the most entertaining commentary 😂
Thank you! We try. 😂
Being 11 months now since the video how has it performed? I'm seriously considering this for my 17 Silverado high country?
It's held up well! Dave is currently planning a 1 year update video for this headunit, and be on the look out for our latest video dropping this week where you can see he still has it installed and it's working well.
I’d much rather drive a Chevy than an ugly ass Toyota!
🙏
What happens if you replaced the starter and were getting the same on click
Did you happen to figure that out? Same issue here
Hey is this hard?😊😊😊😊
Very 😂
I have been riding The Magic Rolling Sidewalk (skateboards) for 50+ years and never put a foot through a board, always had fun.
Love it!
I always explained an 8 wheeler as a tool to learn to surf. Most people including proficient riders can not ride one. (No mention of Loni Toft?)
Ya where's the part on here showing how hard it is to get those last two bolts off.
I edited that part out.... 😂
@@TheBrothersWorkshop dude I had to heat it up and get it out that way. Angle sucks
Does it come with all the wiring and cables you will need?
Yes it does!
Has anyone had an issue with the backup camera not having a signal?
If it is installed correctly it shouldn't have an issue. You could try the camera settings, or the input settings for the unit itself. There are several preprogramed features to help center the camera on the new head unit. The issue may be that your not centered or so far off it doesn't show. Check with the manufacturer on how this is done.
Where did you buy the bumper
We go the replacement from our local dealership.
was wondering why u need to change the junction box?
Transmissions, injectors, shocks, ac units are proto technology. This crap is typical us corporations junk. Enough to love and plenty to keep you buying and repairing. Reminds me of my 67 H.D. shovelhead. Ride 1k and repair.
Most useless video
Watch the 3 other videos we've done on the subject...
Thanks for the video. 4:12 You guys should buy a caulking gun instead of monkeying around with a little tube. A caulking gun will give you a much better bead with better control. Cheers.
Thanks for the tip!
