Omg I get it. They were cursed to be forever alone, but the 'aromantic card' is them being blessed with BEING aromantic. I thought it just meant they would be one of the lucky ones to find OUT that's what they were (because a lot of people don't figure it out) I like... I had an aro moment and couldn't understand what was going on lol
If it helps: The person was destined to be alone forever, and no one would love them romantically, but then they were scared with the aromantic card, so now they're ok with that

I do like object shows, so I took inspiration But just know that 'stick limb and hands' isn't inherently 'object show style' and existed since before bfdi saw the light of day

It's the other way around: romantic love doesn't exist and people are brainwashed into it. What people call "love" is simply an illusion between friendship and sexual attraction.
it is easy to confuse sexual attraction for romantic attraction. heck, people even confuse aesthetic attraction for romantic/sexual attraction most of the time, and while i do think doing so is shallow, the brainwashing i think is happening here is people believing that they love someone because they think they look nice, because theyve been raised to believe that this is how romantic attraction works. romantic attraction does exist, even if i have never experienced it myself, you just have to not jump to conclusions about how you feel about someone and idolize them as a result.

To everyone worried about being alone forever: it gets better and it’s not what you’re resigned to. I have an amazing best friend, and we snuggle and spend the night at each others places platonically, and their partner asked if I want to live with them. We are all buying a house together next year. It’s like the show full house. Dan is there because it’s his home and Jesse is there because he’s the brother and helping out, but what the hell is Joey doing there? There is no reason for him to live there with them except that they all care for each other. I wish you all the best of luck in getting to be a Joey someday.

Although I told her I’m Demi ace (demisexual demiromantic) she didn’t stop. I think I might now be demisexual aromantic now and it’s getting annoying. What makes it worse is that I’m not entirely sure she’s even single lmao.
