5:05 --the overdone outro was a staple of metal, especially in live performances. it was like they didn't know when to stop. looking back, (i'm 60) it's comical how those bands would just keep "finishing" the song as long as they could keep the audience cheering back at them. it was all part of the fun and excess of the metal scene. each band wanted to outdo all the others, so they were always striving for something bigger, louder, and more spectacular. sort of like the way the cadillac tail fin kept getting bigger for a few years in the 50's until the car looked like a space ship.

Good taste, Cadence. Gish is by far my fave album. This was when they were more garage psychedelic and not atypical grunge, which sadly they morphed into in later albums.

Love watching your racing videos. Hope you get back to some music soon. This is brothadarrell. Lost everything on my phone and trying to recover my information. On your own time, watch the music video of Big Bad Moon by Joe Satriani. Joe Satriani is the one who taught Kirk Hammet of Metallica to play like he does with Metallica. He also taught Steve Vai. Hope you enjoy it. My brother and my nephew are racers. They'll be impressed when they see your racing. They didn't start till they were older. Hope you're doing well my friend. Take care

But I just got done listening to hordes of locusts live 2005 and now I really don't care if he's singing or not it's just amazing watching the guy who taught Kirk Hammett of Metallica along with Steve Vai and the guitar player from Testament@@cadence.presleyHordes of locusts is just a sick song and it was on his first album I think it was recorded in 85 and released in 1986 and that album to me is his greatest work. I sat down and watched this whole ROK Vegas VLOG series again, on the big screen, this afternoon; and, it's still just as awesome to watch, Cadence. I got chills again for Heat 3 and 4 footage, and took that hit hard again when you got taken out in the final. Out of all the content creators I follow, and have followed, I can't think of one other that's bringing together so many different types of perspective on what they've got going on, and meshing it together this well - and, you're not just doing it here on KZread. For sure, there's potential for you to continue growing and getting better, at this, and what you're creating content about; but, your ability to "tell" an engaging and inspiring story through your uploads is something on another level than most content creators out there today. Keep at it, Cadence - keep working hard and getting better. 🔥It'll be a slog sometimes; but, you've got what it takes to make it, and, I have totally got your back no matter what happens. 👊

I can see youre a Muso too... makes you appreciate JudasPriest waay more when you have some musical knowledge. Theres 2 lead guitarists in this band, GlenTipton & K.K.Downing. Many of their songs have 2 solos, 1 by each. Sometimes they intertwine their leads, in a Call&Response way, phrase for phrase. A good example of this is their song 'The Green Manalishi' (the Version off their 'Unleashed in the East' album) ...thats the version you need to hear. Another great song off this album is 'Better by you better than me', and also 'Starbreaker' off sin after sin album. ROCK ON, And thanks for bringing life back to the best bands of our era.
