  Anyone try this successfully? I just put Structure on two nails as a trial. I want to back fill and not completely remove my entire gel polish and base with every color change.

  Oh you can back fill structure!!!! You don't have to take it all the way off every time you do a polish change!

  Why do you need to wipe off with a cleanse before you apply color? When you didn't apply color, you didn't wipe off, and applied the topcoat directly.

  The way I learned is you don’t need a base coat, prime first, appy a thin layer of foundation flex first then a layer of sculpture gel above then your top coat of choice.

  Hello! I’m new to dip powder and have some questions. I have the Gelish lamp and gelish gel polishes. These I am familiar with. However, I don’t understand the base coat for the dip powder. Is this the same base coat as the base coat for regular gel nails?

  No, it’s different. The dip base coat is an adhesive. I was confused the same way as you. I don’t understand why would they label the same name while both do different things 🤷🏻‍♀️

  If doing a Gelish colour, at what stage do you apply (before the top coat, after the buff/cleanse)

  After you buff the brush on builder, you cleanse it and apply your gelish colour as normal. I hope that helps 😁
