  Good list , in flames should not ne here but top three bands i listen to but not metalcore. Have never understood the hype over motionless though, think its very boring and plain. But everyone likes different :) must check out knocked loose though

  Erra is definitly more popular than what's listed here... Pretty sure they have been around the 900k-1m range for a while.

  Cause is a list of monthly listeners, not of popularity. August Burns Red, for example, has being always a top band in metalcore, but they hasnt a big audience, compared to bands like bring me the horizon or bad omens

  Funny way of trying to say that Sleep Token isn't a metalcore band... While I would agree with many people that they aren't purely Metalcore and they genre bend... Their discography is heavily invested in the metalcore/djent sound. Many of the bands on this entire list aren't purely what I would define as "metalcore" either... But that doesn't mean that I would snub them from the list.

  Didn't snub them, Spotify just doesn't classify them as metalcore so that's why they aren't on this list. I don't always agree with how Spotify classifies bands either.

  I'm not their biggest fan (yet), but I'd say they kinda have their own genre. I know it sounds pretentious, but "limiting" them to metalcore would be reductive. They tend to experiment so much with their songs that blend R&B, pop and trap, and "only" metalcore would be too simple for them
