I bought mine new. It’s 26 now and runs great because I have a good mechanic and keep it up. I’ve always driven a standard and never had to replace a transmission. They are harder to come by now. 😕

I drive one but it's a 95 sl1 like yours but gold. Very good shape has 98,102 miles on it The interior is almost like new in it. I'm keeping that thing till it goes out. A guy at autozone when my dad drove it the other day asked 2,000 for it. If somebody offered me that money would not accept. Because it's been in the family since 98 and was my grandmothers. Just like my dad's 92 chevy s10 he had that car since when I was born back in 96 and he still driving it. These cars where I live in, florida, very few of these 1st gen exists but you still see the 2nd and 3rd Gen alot still on the road. Very special cars, not to show off or get more views but I would appreciate if you watched my video on my saturn...just to keep the spirit of these cars alive...you don't have to leave a comment but just watch and learn that "wow even after 5 years of posting this video thier still around and a young kid drives it" :p but good video I bet you miss yours.

Dave S. i will go over to your channel and check out the video. :) i bet ya i miss my 95 sl1. but recently found one for sale locally for 500 bucks. hehe car is in great shape and is a sl2. so i get the twin cam, four seats and 30+ mpg for $500. just hope this guy doesn't chicken out on me!

Picked up the 1983 XV920MK yesterday for $920, it has only 3300 miles on her, it cost $99.20 to register and another $121 to insure, I also have the box of rocks sound when I start the bike as well, I already bought the Dr. Virago shim fix, and a single carburetor conversion, so the bikes total cost is $1825.20 sad face

900 is what i paid for mine,, with rebuilt carb,, new starter,, back tires back breaks all included in the price,, i picked it up today

lol mine is identical to yours, same color and everything. mine does need a new paintjob tho since its quite scuffed. got it for $800:D mine also needs a new starter as the early viragos were well known for their starter problems.

Sweet bike. I've had one for about 8 years. Synched the carbs some time ago and it runs great. Can get antique plates for it now.

i just bought one and i think i need new vacume lines because it doesnt kik in one of the cylinders till like 2000 rpms and it has no baffles so im going to get a new better exaust :) bought it for 709 with title and plates in my name
