The currently queued, or most recently completed combo multiplier is applied whenever you gain points as a result of dropping a facility on items or enemies. For example, if you queue up an 8 part combo, and then drop a facility on top of 100 points worth of items, you will gain 380 points, because the multiplier for an 8 part combo is x3.8.

Hello, this has been driving crazy. I already finished Petta mode and even recruit Petta. Finished main story two times. I play in makai kingdom pc steam versions the makai kingdom reclaim and rebound. They have image viewer on their title screen, i was missing number 02 and 03. The 02 was the strongest daughter on the image viewer title and the 03 was Petta appears, i did not get it. Is it a bug ? Or there is a way to get it like hidden ending in Petta mode ? Steam discussion, game faq are dead , i asked in /rdisgaea and nobody answered it. Do you know how to get it ? I already finished Petta mode and get the good ending. They

@@Almatty It is a very stupid bug where if you beat Petta and recruit her in Petta mode ,the 02 and 03 image viewer(you can view it at title screen) were locked. Example is this i.ibb.co/3skbLTj/Petta1.png. I also got locked because of this stupid bug and lose motivation to complete all 72 image viewer because of this. Btw bro, do you play on PC version ? can you please screen shoot the image viewer of 02 and 03 gallery, i was really curious what cut scene at 02 and 03 image viewer.

No, oddly, the way to get higher level food from Food Markets is to level up one or more Merchants and Shops. I don't remember the exact math but I think you need around 100 levels worth of Merchants and Shops to unlock Meat Stew, which is the strongest food you can get from Food Markets. Also, max level Food Markets are not a waste of mana or time. At the 54:21 mark in this video I demonstrate how to use them to farm HL VERY quickly, which is important for leveling up vehicles. The Yoshitsuna is amazing and totally worth the effort to level it up.

You can also give the enemy a Pie weapon instead of a Syringe if the unit you're trying to level is strong enough to deal damage without Gamble status (as Pies increase Gamble resistance). This is inferior to the Syringe method but hey, more options is cool.

To fight Pram you need to complete the final chapter with at least 50 ally kills that cycle. Yes, it is possible to unlock every overlord/guest character, but it takes multiple New Game+ cycles.

@@user-jh9nf1bt6n To unlock Salome you have to make the wish "I wish to fight Salome!" during chapter 5 of any cycle. You must have a character at least level 180 to make the wish and it costs 8,000 Mana. Some guides will claim that you need to be on your third cycle to make the wish but that isn't true. In my last playthrough I unlocked her in my first cycle.

I don't know if you still pay attention to this channel but randomly started playing MK this week and your guides have been super helpful. I did all the happy dungeons not knowing about this trick, do you have a reccomendation on a map I can do something like this on without them?

Glad the videos have been helpful. A less effective version of the happy dungeon trick can be done on any stage where the enemies are unarmed (or can be disarmed) and have a predictable number of levels. If Happy Dungeon is unavailable I would probably just go to stage 1-1. There are only 3 enemies there and only 1 of them has a weapon equipped. You can either kill the armed enemy or steal his weapon and then throw the other one or two enemies out of bounds, then invite either 97 or 98 levels worth of facilities to the stage to do the exploit. The big reason I like to use Happy Dungeon is because the owl enemies give more experience than any other enemy class in the game except for Guardians (the enemies in Food Dungeons). If you decide to use 1-1 you might need to do the trick twice to break level 100 depending on how high your level is when you start.

@@Almatty yeah that's what I wound attempting to do but for some reason the ai wouldn't move to attack the facility on 1-1 once I had given it the syringe so I just found some other stage I could do it on. I've made it up to level 1600 hundred food dungeons for grinding now but these vids were the blueprint.

That's interesting. I've suspected for a long time that the enemy AI on 1-1 is different from the game's general enemy AI but I didn't know that the enemies there show no interest in conquering facilities. Thanks for the info, glad you're enjoying Makai Kingdom and glad my videos helped!

It's called a Food Dungeon. You have to equip a food item in the weapon slot of a level 100+ character and have that character wish for a Free Dungeon.

Bomb and motorcycle skills sometimes inflict a status effect called "gamble." While under the effects of gamble, character units have a 50/50 chance to be killed by any attack regardless of stats. You can use gamble to kill enemies that are MUCH stronger than you.

Nice video! One question... I saw that you have carrots as an ally. If I happen to start as a fighter for example, reincarnate in the carrot (to get the more xp and mana passive) and then reincarnate in another class, does my main character automatically pull the carrot passives when reincarnating? (which in this case would be the xp + mana bunus)

Yep. When you reincarnate you get to keep all of your spells, passive skills, and any weapon/magic skills rank 1 or higher. The only limit is that your skill list only has 32 "slots" and your class's core skills are always forced into the upper most slots when you reincarnate. Hope this helps.

@@marcostonial1507 Superior versions of passive skills always replace the lesser versions. Exp +80% will always replace exp +70% for example. You can never have more than one increment of the same passive skill in your skill list.

Hi there. Amazing tutorial, gotta say. Actually watched your food dungeon tutorial first and now I need over a 100.000 Mana to continue wishing for them, so this helps me a ton ^^. Does the Mana gain with this method increase even more, the higher level things like the mana spheres or my facilities are?

Thanks for the kind word. Yes, higher level mana spheres and facilities will award more mana. Power leveling becomes much more streamlined once you have a character who can survive wishing for facilities. I think the smart thing is to do is to use mana spheres instead of facilities for mana farming until you reach that point. You can think of mana spheres like a facility that can level up, and that you don't have to sacrifice a unit for. Hope this helps.

I've been trying to play this game as I owned the original, but got the switch version. I have almost no idea what I'm doing. Disgaea and Makai Kingdom seem so different when it comes to specifics. Any pointers for a newbie like me? I'm stuck on chapter 4 level 5 where you have that level 219 to fight. I've thought about trying to steal points since I only need 100 to finish the map.

Overlord/Guest characters and the Prinny God class are both immune to OOB. Other than that, the only way I can think of to become temporarily immune to OOB is to pick up a "Key" item and keep it in an accessory slot.

food grinding is so annoying. getting 10 chefs maxed out, and then feeding 9 scrap metals from the food dungeon, and then feeding your character with the last one, to get like only 400 levels (at first its over 1000 levels, but quickly becomes massively more difficult).... It's really a shame there isnt innocents (like statistician) in this game like disgaea, or a better way to level grind.

Once you can farm Mana quickly it makes more sense to skip feeding the scrap metals and just feed your leveling character enough to get him to +900% exp. You'll gain fewer levels per food dungeon but more levels per hour.

@@Mirage_Unknown 450 if you're using chefs, 900 otherwise. You can shave 40/80 off of those numbers if you have exp +80% on your leveler. You can shave another 25/50 off if you use the Academy's facility bonus.

Did you know that in the very first level, if you keep loading it for one of those ambushes that they will often be carrying like 13th tier weapons? magnet, flamethrower and I believe the machine gun.

Note: I somehow didn't think of this while I was recording the video, but I didn't need to use Crane Catcher to pluck the enemies out of my Huts the first two times. If I had just invited them to the field and ended my turn, the enemy's AI would have prompted him to conquer the facilities without any coercion, and I only would have needed to use Crane Catcher to snatch him out of the third and final hut... I think.

Update: I have confirmed that that the PC version of Makai Kingdom does NOT feature the bug that makes it impossible to level vehicles beyond 5,981. To reiterate, you can definitely level vehicles beyond 5,981 in Makai Kingdom for PC.

For the 'billion' hell for a single map I heard it has to do with the Box weapon attack causing some unseen affect. Then striking the book with several of them, and then finishing the enemy with someone that did not die yet.

As for making the 'god' character, its a painful amount of farming first tier 5 of the classes that give bonus +8 stats for desired stats, 20 jump and movement and such. Then just lots and lots of reincarnation with items with stars/crown. As far as I can tell ever bonus +1 and every creation bonus point gives that much per level. So 100 points in hp at level 100 should give 10000 hp.

@@stormweaver2535 I think you're thinking of Mana farming. The Box doesn't have any impact on HL but it does inflict a Mana multiplier. When I farm HL I don't use a Box at all and I consistently get 1 billion minus 1 HL.

You must have a character at least level 180 to make the wish and it costs 8,000 Mana. Some guides will claim that you need to be on your third cycle to make the wish but that isn't true. In my last playthrough I unlocked her in my first cycle.

@@user-jh9nf1bt6n I don't remember the details of how to unlock Alex. The guides say that you need to kill both Salome AND Alex in stage 8-6 and then fight and defeat Alex one more time afterward. It sounds like you did that so I don't know why you haven't unlocked him yet. You're sure he isn't in your party?
Is one crown the best indicator of quality in the game, or is it possible to find something with three crowns and?

Fun fact: there were 2 broken items in Russian PS2 version. They gave you millions of stats (int and tech). So, thats how i defeated lord Baal with only 300 levels:)

I don't know if you still pay attention to this channel but randomly started playing MK this week and your guides have been super helpful. I did all the happy dungeons not knowing about this trick, do you have a reccomendation on a map I can do something like this on without them?
Glad the videos have been helpful. A less effective version of the happy dungeon trick can be done on any stage where the enemies are unarmed (or can be disarmed) and have a predictable number of levels. If Happy Dungeon is unavailable I would probably just go to stage 1-1. There are only 3 enemies there and only 1 of them has a weapon equipped. You can either kill the armed enemy or steal his weapon and then throw the other one or two enemies out of bounds, then invite either 97 or 98 levels worth of facilities to the stage to do the exploit. The big reason I like to use Happy Dungeon is because the owl enemies give more experience than any other enemy class in the game except for Guardians (the enemies in Food Dungeons). If you decide to use 1-1 you might need to do the trick twice to break level 100 depending on how high your level is when you start.
@@Almatty yeah that's what I wound attempting to do but for some reason the ai wouldn't move to attack the facility on 1-1 once I had given it the syringe so I just found some other stage I could do it on. I've made it up to level 1600 hundred food dungeons for grinding now but these vids were the blueprint.
That's interesting. I've suspected for a long time that the enemy AI on 1-1 is different from the game's general enemy AI but I didn't know that the enemies there show no interest in conquering facilities. Thanks for the info, glad you're enjoying Makai Kingdom and glad my videos helped!

It's called a Food Dungeon. You have to equip a food item in the weapon slot of a level 100+ character and have that character wish for a Free Dungeon.

Bomb and motorcycle skills sometimes inflict a status effect called "gamble." While under the effects of gamble, character units have a 50/50 chance to be killed by any attack regardless of stats. You can use gamble to kill enemies that are MUCH stronger than you.
equiping a rocket launcher will also help drop defense.
Nice video! One question... I saw that you have carrots as an ally. If I happen to start as a fighter for example, reincarnate in the carrot (to get the more xp and mana passive) and then reincarnate in another class, does my main character automatically pull the carrot passives when reincarnating? (which in this case would be the xp + mana bunus)
Yep. When you reincarnate you get to keep all of your spells, passive skills, and any weapon/magic skills rank 1 or higher. The only limit is that your skill list only has 32 "slots" and your class's core skills are always forced into the upper most slots when you reincarnate. Hope this helps.

@@marcostonial1507 Superior versions of passive skills always replace the lesser versions. Exp +80% will always replace exp +70% for example. You can never have more than one increment of the same passive skill in your skill list.

The first time you play stage 4-5 there's a level 219 enemy there. I used gamble status to kill it and I used some food to boost the experience.
Can I ask? How to attack our ally? X button? I see carrot kills the ally
On gamepad hit the "Finish Name Input button" (usually Start). On Keyboard the default key is C.

Hi there. Amazing tutorial, gotta say. Actually watched your food dungeon tutorial first and now I need over a 100.000 Mana to continue wishing for them, so this helps me a ton ^^. Does the Mana gain with this method increase even more, the higher level things like the mana spheres or my facilities are?
Thanks for the kind word. Yes, higher level mana spheres and facilities will award more mana. Power leveling becomes much more streamlined once you have a character who can survive wishing for facilities. I think the smart thing is to do is to use mana spheres instead of facilities for mana farming until you reach that point. You can think of mana spheres like a facility that can level up, and that you don't have to sacrifice a unit for. Hope this helps.

I've been trying to play this game as I owned the original, but got the switch version. I have almost no idea what I'm doing. Disgaea and Makai Kingdom seem so different when it comes to specifics. Any pointers for a newbie like me? I'm stuck on chapter 4 level 5 where you have that level 219 to fight. I've thought about trying to steal points since I only need 100 to finish the map.

Ty also for mana sphere tip i use always facilitys but i dont look that monster for mana You could use also the map with the lot of tree enemys for farming stars items , just use thiefs and steal high star items( just use the ones you dont matter to get a lvl down o a reincarnate one)

Is there a way to not OOB with the Balloon?
Overlord/Guest characters and the Prinny God class are both immune to OOB. Other than that, the only way I can think of to become temporarily immune to OOB is to pick up a "Key" item and keep it in an accessory slot.

I've put like 500 hours into this game and never once got a Divine Symbol at all, let alone a starred one.
I get divine symbol in the floor and bonus list but i think they spam so much less than another items, also another item hard to get is the best shoe
food grinding is so annoying. getting 10 chefs maxed out, and then feeding 9 scrap metals from the food dungeon, and then feeding your character with the last one, to get like only 400 levels (at first its over 1000 levels, but quickly becomes massively more difficult).... It's really a shame there isnt innocents (like statistician) in this game like disgaea, or a better way to level grind.
Once you can farm Mana quickly it makes more sense to skip feeding the scrap metals and just feed your leveling character enough to get him to +900% exp. You'll gain fewer levels per food dungeon but more levels per hour.
How much tec in food do I have to feed said character?
@@Mirage_Unknown 450 if you're using chefs, 900 otherwise. You can shave 40/80 off of those numbers if you have exp +80% on your leveler. You can shave another 25/50 off if you use the Academy's facility bonus.
Thanks for the helpful MK videos! Do you know if a vehicle is able to hit an enemy afflicted w/ gamble status? I missed my mark w/Super Robo Suit about 10 times and gave up, lol.
Vehicles can definitely hit enemies with Gamble. It sounds like you just had a streak of really bad luck.
Did you know that in the very first level, if you keep loading it for one of those ambushes that they will often be carrying like 13th tier weapons? magnet, flamethrower and I believe the machine gun.

Note: I somehow didn't think of this while I was recording the video, but I didn't need to use Crane Catcher to pluck the enemies out of my Huts the first two times. If I had just invited them to the field and ended my turn, the enemy's AI would have prompted him to conquer the facilities without any coercion, and I only would have needed to use Crane Catcher to snatch him out of the third and final hut... I think.

Update: I have confirmed that that the PC version of Makai Kingdom does NOT feature the bug that makes it impossible to level vehicles beyond 5,981. To reiterate, you can definitely level vehicles beyond 5,981 in Makai Kingdom for PC.
For the 'billion' hell for a single map I heard it has to do with the Box weapon attack causing some unseen affect. Then striking the book with several of them, and then finishing the enemy with someone that did not die yet.
As for making the 'god' character, its a painful amount of farming first tier 5 of the classes that give bonus +8 stats for desired stats, 20 jump and movement and such. Then just lots and lots of reincarnation with items with stars/crown. As far as I can tell ever bonus +1 and every creation bonus point gives that much per level. So 100 points in hp at level 100 should give 10000 hp.
@@stormweaver2535 I think you're thinking of Mana farming. The Box doesn't have any impact on HL but it does inflict a Mana multiplier. When I farm HL I don't use a Box at all and I consistently get 1 billion minus 1 HL.
@@stormweaver2535 I've provided strategies to unlock classes very quickly on my channel. Compared to other NIS games unlocking classes in Makai Kingdom is not painful at all.
