    I found this felling on my own at the range today, great feel, then looking around to learn more about it I found this. Question, why the concern on sequencing? its awfully hard to think like that in the middle of the downswing....I thought of the left leg straightening as pretty much the beginning of the downswing, it felt great, everything just came whipping through pretty effortlessly.

    Hello, JChown. Love your channel. Question. When you're addressing a ball on a tall tee and keeping a foot's distance to the rear and three inches down, on what does one fix their eyes? I've been using your tip, with some success. I've gone from 170 to 195, but rather sporadically. Just trying to get this down.

    Is it ok to have a bit of bend in the left arm as aposed to dead straight? Doing so helps me create softness in the wrists & less tension allowing me to naturally hinge the wrists on back swing. Stops my take away looking like Bryson (who has ability to do so)

    I may be over doing it on the left side to the point where I stand up out of it and blade the ball. Maybe this drill will make me go fish my golf clubs out of the lake, lol. Seriously this may get me the right movement.

    Thanks bud! Really needed this! I've been working on getting rid of the steep shaft angle/ duffing/thinning for a month now but my coach wanted me to bow my leftwrist and cast with my righthand at the same time from the top of the backswing and I'm getting sick of it cause no chance at all. Maybe this drills give me a better feeling cause I hinge/cup my leftwrist a bit as well at the take away. I'm gonna try it tomorrow and hope you are a genius!😆🫶

    J you’re the best and I trust everything you say. Watching this I notice that at last arm parallel your club face is open? Is it not supposed to be more closed and matching your spine angle? How is your shot not slicing?!?

    On the left, you’re standing too close to the ball on the right you’ve opened up a gap allowing you to clear your hips and the club. It’s not rocket science.

    You can use 4x5 or 5x5 mat. His is nothing special. A good mat will hold a tee and be an inch of turf then rubber.

    How does the monthly plan work in terms of unlimited lessons? I would like maybe one checkup with you per week. Meaning I practice for a a week what you taught me and then another lesson. What plan should I be getting then? Been practicing entire summer first year of golf I can hit a ball 200m with an iron 5 but it’s not very consistent. I want to improve the consistency considerably

    You can absolutely have a lesson per week on the unlimited lesson plan, but you can have as many check ins as you like on the plan. The Rotate Like A Pro plan is 4 lessons per month also which will suit your one lesson per week perfectly. Message me over on Skillest if you’ve got any more questions. Cheers!

    I'm back. LOL. Weight on the heels and bent right elbow has been working amazing. When I start to get some poor shots, I reference back to these drills for a few minutes and immediately hit good shots. Like step back and just observe the ball flight type of good.

    From an American's point of view - you speak too fast! You'd be more hepful if you just slowed down a bit and realize that English-speaking people from all over the world are listening to you - not just the Brits. But thanks for the tips!

  • @ScottyBradley
    @ScottyBradley6 күн бұрын

    I actually think the fact he speaks quickly is refreshing, usually I have to turn up the speed on videos because instructors talk too slow like I’m a child. If his accent is difficult to catch quickly you can always turn down the speed of the video or turn on caption. (My sister often watches any British tv/movies with captions)
