I used to lift at home... was up to cleaning just over 300# but never over my head as I lived in an upstairs apartment and if I dropped the weight when I lowered it it would have gone thru the floor! lol I ended up tearing the ligament that goes from your wrist down your forearm one day moving a ladder when painting the house and the ladder shifted and was going to fall but I flexed and stopped it... the one you see sticking up when you flex your wrist downward. It never healed correctly and that was the end of my lifting as I still to this day only have about 70% of the strength I had in that arm and can't hold anything in that hand without my wrist opening up. Should have let the ladder fall...

Nie wiem co by się musiało stać żeby to poprawił. Ma z tym problem od początku kariery praktycznie, kiedy taki Hooper w 2 lata go przebił o prawie 100kg. Po prostu pewnie nie ma predyspozycji do tego, zły układ dźwigni czy cuś w tym stylu, szkoda bo w innych konkurenjach jest zawsze w topce praktycznie.
