  Do this so often in rolls its become my natural defence, such a high percentage move and great counter to single legs or body locks.

  I TRIED THIS IN MY MMA FIGHT BUT HE LANDED WITH HIS LEFT KNEE ON THE MAT AND WITH MY LEFT LEG INSIDE HIS AND ENDED UP UNDER THE MOUNT😭 I THOUGHT IT WAS AN ERROR OF MINE FOR PUTTING MY LEG IN THE CENTER OF HIS AND NOT DOING THE TRADITIONAL HIP THROW WITH MY LEG IN FRONT OF HIS TWO BUT SEEING THIS VIDEO AND DOM'T GET WHAT I HAVE DONE WRONG

  @@antonluvrentiev387 lol that's not what this is. Waight bully is someone who is much bigger and heavier at the end of the day then his opponent. Khelabob, was able to lose and gain a lot of waight on the scale.

Khabib wasn’t even that big, he used to lose around the same that fighters in his division. He’s not even that strong and lot’s of his takedowns was trips which are more technique based then power.
