S6 Mortefi with Moonlight Clouds echo set and 5 star pistol it's a huge damage boost for Changli. I don't know if Mortefi ultimate can keep the damage boost from Changli outro skill when he is off field. If it's possible then would be very very interesting!

She doesn't need much teamwork and I don't think we need to force her to have a team like Chixia or Encore. She has a free will to do her own rotation like Danjin. She doesn't have her ultimate team nor she doesn't need a team, also shes the one who fits on any team if you want her to do sub. So I think it is reasonable to have her if you like to F... around enemies like Danjin, but team comp wise noooo.
This is a game, and it is a designed character. Is not about "force her" to be with Chixia or Encore. She is designed and has been develop to be next to another Fusion char Not less no more

She's meant to be dual DPS,working in tandem with upcoming main fire DPS...imho the only supportive input she had is her outro
And i think just because THE ONLY way of her buffing and doing something off field is her outro, shes a main dps Anyone can have buffing outros Yinlin does have this too but is that her only identity? Nah She deals consecutive attacks while offfield So i think its dumb reducing her to the sub dps role Because her kit is selffish She takes a lot of on field time and dishes out dmg over and over again
@@niinbo9620 its insane this content creators are just copy pasting stuff which makes them seems to not understand a character's kit entirely. the only subdps in her kit is her outro. the rest shouts for main dps. her outro enables her to run double DPS in a team buffing each other which could be the ideal setup. we are waiting for another fusion to buff fusion damage. so both Changli and that future fusion character can go side by side together. these people only thinks that hypercarry is the only way to play the game. xD

I just played last week and i have r1 encore r0 verina r0 chalcaro r0 lingyang i lose the 50/50 on jinshi but i save 11k should I pull for jinshi or just go for changli for sub dps for encore
In that situation I would go with who you like better or want more. Ask yourself who would I want to play as? Can't choose flip a coin. Both units in the future will get replaced in time.
Jinhsi if u want ur life easier because she does freakish damage but will get powercrept easier by upcoming dps, changli doesn't really synergize well with encore because encore already got sanhua, and encore's liberation is based on basic attack
You do know that changli buffs fusion damage?
@@FinalHarps yup just 20% fusion damage which is the only benefit for encore, sanhua's 38% basic attack is a bigger number and she also recovers her concerto aloot faster than changli too because of the small field time. Encore already has a BiS and its sanhua, best BiS for Changli is chixia as of rn but its weird having two main dps running at the same time since she doesn't have any coordinated attacks, fast rotation and quickswap abilities like Yinlin does. Changli's kit won't be fully utilized until a future 5 star fusion unit comes with a burst quickswap dps kit than can synergize with Changli well. If u think about running main dps Changli team, it might just not even worth it because Jinhsi, Jiyan and even possibly Encore + sanhua has more damage output, CN already calculated them out. Ofc if a person enjoys using her, just ignore all of these meta stuff and play what they want, her animations and design are the best. If ur f2p its worth it pulling for her because of her potential in the meta and her signature weapon has a good f2p alternative which is EoG, its like slightly 10% worse
