It's a movie. There isn't really a real reason other than Christopher Nolan wanted it. The in world reason is that humanity evolved into 5th dimensional beings and they chose cooper's daughter to save humanity and chose Cooper to help murph.

I have always been very fascinated about space, but lately, I have really taken a deep dive into it and everything in space , and it is so hard to fully comprehend, just the endless wastness is so fascinating and hard to take in. The truth is we don't know shit about outer space or interstellar travel and never will 🤣just because we can point a few telescopes up to the stars and send a few probes out doesn't tell us a fucking thing. The way all you nerds talk like what you say is gospel and 100% straight facts is actually laughable. We're too divided as a species to even stand a chance of getting off this planet. Too much free will and too many idiots that look out for only for themselves for it to even be a slight possibility. Give it about 10-20 years and society is going to collapse as we know it. When we have hardly anyone employed in any kind of public service like as a doctor or nurse or police officer. Let alone any kind of scientist in any scientific field. They aren't. Wormholes would require taking one part of the universe, and "folding" it to another part, which is impossible because the universe is constantly expanding. Making a wormhole would probably only be possible, if at all, if the universe wasn't expanding. Black holes are very evidently NOT wormholes.

We just had an EMP about a week ago in the solar storm. A lot of farmers today make extensive use of GPS. Well, during the solar storm, a lot of farmers were having to go back to using markers to mark fields as they were planting because the solar storm knocked a lot of the GPS satellites out of service. I would also guess that it also knocked out GPS for any navigation. Of course, I'm NOT reliant on GPS for anything, so for me, it was just another day of the week.

The Interstellar black hole was remarkably close to what a real one would look like, the two big changes in addition to yours is the accretion disc would be so bright that human eyes would see a blinding glare, and the iconic look with rings on top and bottom would only be correct from a few angles, from most it would look like seeing the accretion disc from top down due to gravitational lensing--as in how the real black hole photos look.

some constructive criticism: you make the viewers wait unnecessarily long at certain transitions like at: 4:27 , 6:42 , 7:48 , 11:24 make sure the transitions dont just leave open space like that sometimes the font changes are a bit weird like at: 7:49 and don't fit the video, keep it the same or maybe for the font changes, keep the font change to 1 font only instead of different fonts each time the lucky block mario sound effect was overused and ended up getting pretty annoying (put a limit on the same effects), you also kinda overused the neutron star to black hole solar mass graph but thats just me i think 9:21 the way the transition comes over is a bit wonky, what you could do is split the screen in half for a few seconds, then show the rest of the X-ray the music doesn't go well with the theme and topic of the video, it's like a medival type song which doesn't sound right, a synth/futuristic type song would fit better. Also going back to those long transitions, there were just momments when you were stuck staring at the screen listening to the background music waiting for the next clip to come or something to break the silence, double check the parts where you're not talking and make sure there is something entertaining to keep the viewer attached or something to watch ^^ The music at the end with the piano fit well with the video Finally, the tree shaddow effect or glowy thing you had on the board (the one with pictures like a detective board) sometimes had too much glare coming off some photos which made it hard to focus on the full thing, the shine was also covering up the images sometime as well, 9:50 10:34 (like 2 seconds at 11:01 ) 12:57
