  you're right -- that would be a mess!!! that's why it's a dynamic thumbnail. You only paste it once in your template, and it will update for each of your contacts (the same way that "first name" "company name" and other dynamic properties update)

  if I am understanding correctly, the user can watch the video only by clicking the link below the image thumbnail? A user is more likely to click on the image thumbnail since it has a play button and is more intuitive. What happens when users clicks on the animated image thumbnail in the email

  It's funny / interesting the approach you guys took with this. I have a couple other software options for AI videos and am not happy with how they were doing the mouth movement (or the voice to be totally honest). You guys are getting around the lip / mouth issue by moving and shrinking the video at the time of saying their name so they wouldn't ever even see it and are replying on the voice and the custom background.

  Yep! We couldn't find a perfect solution for lip cloning before, so decided on this option :) The limitation is that you can only use one dynamic variable in the video (as you can only move the camera bubble so many times...) The good news is we're testing a new lip cloning option that looks like it could work well, and if we can implement it, will let you use more dynamic variables throughout the video!

  Tavus User here. Their product is promising but glitchy as hell. Customer service sub-par so far. Try your luck, but beware, they'll promise things during the sales call that aren't ready yet.

  Very nice feature using AI! It would be great to be able to clone our voice once and for all, because it takes time if we have to wait for cloning every time, and most of the time we will use our own voice, which does not change much. Once a voice is cloned, this voice should be available in a menu in the Voice Cloning section. Does that make sense?
