no seriously , why isnt there one simple an easy video I saw a car on the highway rev his nice GTR . How did he do it while he was moving on the highway?
in a manual all he has to do is press the clutch in and rev but for automatic im not so sure ive been looking and i cant find if its safe to switch from drive to neutral while moving ina auto. @@soulfulmaple
@@ulid1571done it before and turned off my car before while moving, don’t recommend the turn off car one but if your in manual and you switch to neutral you can rev and throw it back into the same gear, preferably first lol

Yeah you can, probably wont be too loud since most cars will limit the rev. I wouldn’t recommend revving hit too hard last thing you want is to accidentally brake launch your car when u didn’t mean to
This is not revving. This is literally just accelerating. Torque has nothing to do ‘revving’. Revving is just increasing the rpm while having the engine disconnected from the drivetrain. I don’t even have my license to drive and I’d still know how to do it. Are you even a car person?

@@baselqashou5716 Get the car rolling, put it in neutral, rev it as much as you want, wait for the rpm to drop to idle then back into drive. Never put the car back into drive when the rpms are still high as it’ll cause the car to lurch forward. Puts unnecessary strain on your transmission. This is what I do with my car. Every car is different so do this at your own risk. Other than that, hope that helped.

It helps distribute oil throughout the engine and get the engine block and engine oil up to temperature. Revving the engine won't speed up the process. In fact, that could cause easily avoided damage. Cold revving causes abrupt temperature changes that create stress between the engine's tight-fitting components.
