  Hi Kaori! 'Yung effective study tips sakin is Feynman Technique, parang ineexplain mo sa iba 'yung topic, basically just talking to yourself and explaining things. Mas na aabsorb sya ng utak ko lol maganda if you did it summarized! Para mas madaling maalala ng brain mo 🥰 Also, take a break in between. POMODORO, review for 25 minutes, break for 5 minutes. Repeat. Wishing you the very best always Kao <3 tbh you're the only Filo Celeb i watch, it's just so motivating to see you conquering your life. From Work to School, all the hardwork will pay off tenfold. Keep on hanging! And remember it's not always bad to set BOUNDARIES to people, when you know it's a NO and when it's a YES, don't be afraid to be disliked if you think you did something that benefits you and your mental health. I recommend you to read Courage to be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi and the book called Boundaries, I had the same struggle as you before since people always sees me as someone kind that they got to take advantage of it. It's a real burn out but I managed to set boundaries for them. Best of luck to you Kao, and may you get a bigger blessing this year!

  Nakalimutan ko na ung sasabihin ko pero sana magawa mo ung mga bagay na hindi mo magawa kahit gusto mong gawin nung bata ka pa. Deserve mong enjoyin yung bawat segundo ng buhay mo Kaori. Tama na muna tayo sa work related stuffs. paglaanan mo muna ng oras na mabigyan mo ng fulfillment yung mga bagay na pinangako mo sa younger self mo (kung meron man) noon.   the struggles to know who you are tlga and to understand yourself mahirap tlga cia. I can feel it. 😢 but I know that you can overcome it Kao, were here for you to be with you in this journey, take your time little by little. Saying NO doesnt prove that your a bad person, being kind doesnt prove that you need to be good always to everyone. Just know yourself fully.   Kapag nag review ako noon, I always make associations with the words I am memorizing with to a certain place or thing at hindi ako nagpeperme sa isang lugar, so i usually pace a lot while babbling. So example, si theory number 1 ay mini-memorize ko sa kitchen area, tapos sa ibang lugar naman c Theory no. 2 and so on. Atsaka hindi ko lang basta mini-memorize, ginagawa ko rin syang interactive review, parang Q&A ba, i made questions out from the context and I answer it, either on my own words or yung word na galing sa libro. Depende kung saan ka komportable. Atsaka, kailangan tahimik para less destructions. Stay away away from your phone, or other destructive things. Don't just let your mouth do the review, use your hand too. Malaking tulong rin yan.. kasi nagagamit mo lahat ng senses mo. Madali mo makabisado lahat. Ganun lang yung style ko. It really worked. Saved me a lot every time I do an exam. That was one of strategy i always do when i did my review at saka ginagawa ko rin yan in advance like a week before the exam. At kung medyo kinulang naman sa oras, I ought to do the "sandwich" style of studying. Like mag re-review ako sa gabi tapos gawin ko ulit sa umaga. You just have to be diligent in doing that para mas effective siya. I hope this helps you, Kao. 😅
