  This was 6 years ago, but BJP has increased Income Tax to over 30 % and GSTto18%. It has proved to very bad, by punishing those working hard to earn more save more with high taxes.

  सूचना का अधिकार के तहत आवेदकों के लिए सूचनाएंप्राप्त करना एक युद्ध लड़ने से कम नहीं है. नौकरशाहों द्वारा आवेदकों से जो व्यवहार किया जाता है वह जाहिर है. छत्तीसगढ़ में गैरजिम्मेदार नौकरशाह इसकी परवाह नहीं करते. निष्पक्ष जांच हो .सही विवेचना हो . नौकरशाहों पर कसावट और दोषी बड़े अधिकारियों पर कार्र्वाइयां हो तो उत्साहजनक परिणाम आ सकते हैं. प्उराय: उनके कार्य / गतिविधियाँ rti के आवेदकों को हतोत्साहित करने वाला होता है. जानकारियाँ प्राप्त करने के लिए आपके पास पर्याप्त समय और पैसे की आवश्यकता होती है. यह बेहद जरूरी है की सूचना के अधिकार के क्रियान्वयन के प्रति सरकारें गंभीर हों. जितना समय , आवागमन खर्च और फीस खर्च होता है वह सामान्य व्यक्ति के लिए भारी पड़ता है. उस पर जब परिणाम शून्य हो तो यह बेहद पीड़ादायक हो जाता है. लोक हित की भारी उपेक्षा हो रही है. किस -किस मोर्चे पर नागरिक लड़ें ? अकर्मण्य और भ्रष्ट तंत्र इस क़ानून पर बोझ हैं.यह स्थिति शहरों में है. दूरस्थ ग्रामीणों के लिए सूचनाएं प्राप्त करना और अधिक चुनौतियाँ पूर्ण हैं.
