  こんにちは、ゆうこりんの動画コメント欄で、サポーター宣言しました、夕陽 と申します。 初めまして。こちらの楽曲、わたくしもカバーしたことがあり、嬉しくなりました。発表会ライヴ、とありますが、どちらかで歌われたのでしょうか？ わたくしは、オーディエンスがいるいないにかかわらず、いつもこの曲を歌うと 途中で泣いてしまい、最後まで歌えたことがありませんでした。今回、KZread にアップすることになり、歌ったのですが、やはり最後 泣き声を殺しました。Kazeさんの歌声は、張りがあり、エネルギーに満ちておられますね。たくさん、聴かせていただきます。

  色々研究されているようで、感心しています。ロケットボイラーの天板に耐火キャスタブルを使われているとあり、使用してみて、鉄板とキャスタブルどちらが良いと思われますか。

  現在は、6mmの鋼板に変更しています。キャスタブルの天板は、キャスタブルが余っていたので　試しに使ってみました。ワンシーズン使ってみて、特に問題はなかったのですが、天板の上に　水を入れる蒸発皿や料理などに使う時に、重さ耐えられるか心配でした。耐火性は十二分ですが。あと地震などで、揺れがある時、割れたり、はめ込みが薄いので、外れたりすることが　怖くて、鋼板に戻しました。現状は下記のをご覧ください kzread.info/dash/bejne/pZyc1rKJYbKzido.html

  　私の住んでいるところは東京の狭い住宅地です。隣の家との隙間は1メートルです。煙は風向きによっては降下して、隣の家のベランダとかに臭いを撒き散らします。 　なので私はストーブを点火するのは、毎日朝と夕方の二回です。ある程度煙の温度が高くないと煙は降下しやすくなり、迷惑をかけてしまいます。だから本当のロケットマスヒーターのように、粘土やレンガに蓄熱させずに、室内に露出した煙突で放熱させ、蓄熱は耐火キャスタブル製のヒートライザーと背後の煉瓦壁に担わせています。 　またこのストーブは放熱部分が多いので、一般のロケットマスヒーターよりも早く熱を放射します。これも忙しく働いている都会の住宅地ではかえってメリットなのです。 　私は、狭い日本の住宅環境の中で、早く温度が上がり、ある程度蓄熱し、ある程度長時間燃えて、すなわち太い薪も使えて、様々な燃料も燃やせる（薪、木の廃材、ペレット、灯油、廃油、その他）、ある程度の排気温度持つ（煙がつまり地表に降下しない）、という考えでこのストーブを設計しました。

  I do not have to measured the temperature of the smoke coming out of the chimney. Where I live is a small residential area of Tokyo. The gap between the house next door is 1 meters. Smoke can be lowered by the wind, you sprinkled the smell next to the house. So I to ignite the stove is twice in the morning and evening every day. Smoke tends to drop and not to some extent high temperature of smoke, I will bother. So like a true rocket mass heater, and without heat storage in clay or brick, is allowed to heat dissipation in the chimney exposed to indoor, thermal storage will not let borne in brick wall behind and refractory castable made of heat riser. Also, since this stove has many heat transfer areas, I can radiate the early heat than ordinary rocket mass heater. This is rather the benefits even in urban residential areas that are busy working. I, narrow in Tokyo residential environment, raise the early temperature, to some extent to thermal storage, and burning to some extent a long period of time, thick firewood also lodged, various fuel also burnable (firewood, wood waste, pellets, kerosene, waste oil, etc.), does not drop with some degree of exhaust gas temperature (smoke that is on the ground), I have designed this stove in the idea.

  Great project. Realy like it. Please tell me, what hapen with heat riser you made from concrete? In what shape is it now? Are there any cracks on it? And what mixture did you used for making that concrete (cement, perlite or quartz sand? Thaks.

  Thank your comments . I have passed three years to create a heat riser . But it does not have any cracks . It is very beautiful . Heat riser is made of a material called fire-resistant castable (1500 degrees), it does not have to other mix anything . Manufacturer name is Chukyo Monorifu . www.chukyo-monorif.co.jp/business_block.html. But in the combustion chamber made ​​with integrally molded with the same fire-resistant castable (1500 degrees) cracked in one year , it was broken . Now to make the bricks in the fire-resistant castable (1500 degrees), I made the combustion chamber of the assembly type .

I am from Croatia, Europe and we do not have that mixture "called fire-resistant castable (1500 degrees)" but we have cement for making that fire resistant mixture. Just need to find riight ratio for mixture. Once again great work you did. That fire chamber, why don you made it from fire brick and then mold a cement on it. What kind of fuel you used in it? Wood sticks, wood pelletes, char...

  コメントありがとうございます。 昨シーズンも安定して燃焼していました。耐火モルタルは、鉄パイプのヒートライザーと違って、蓄熱し、遠赤外線を放出するようです。 今年も、煙突の二重化し、燃焼前室部分を上方向へ延長し、90cm角の廃材を二本燃やせるように改良したいと思います。又報告します。
