  I think the significant history, as well as the living history in the elders that remain make Chinatown worth every effort to keep alive. There would be no SGV without Old and New Chinatown and what our predecessors accomplished to pave the way was incredible and truly against the odds ❤️

  hands down the Chuka Soba was the best. they've earned a Michelin Star in the past, and it lives up to the hype. fine tuned french techniques to create the most elegant and elevated ramen. they only seat 6 guests at a time, i had to line up 2 hours before opening. but they also do reservations, which was hard to get, thats why i had to line up. also nakiryu had an amazing tantan ramen. they do a ticketing system so you dont have to stay in line. Iruca comes in 3rd place between these 4. shorter line/wait. if you like duck, the broth and meat was done perfectly
