these apartments look so much different from 3 years ago the reason i know is because we used to paint the apartments there until the new manage property came so we lost the property but there so different

How much for 1 bed 1 bath and 2 bed 1 bath
As of today 5/12/2024 a 1 bed 1 bath starts at 1614/mo, there is not a 2 bed 1 bath but the 2 bed 2 bath starts at 2240/mo (pricing and availability subject to change without notice). Keep in mind they do not have attached garages, they do have detached garages which are extra if available. Hope this helps

Please do research before you rent here. We currently live here, and it's horrible! 4 water intrusions in the first 7 months, fire alarms that may or may not be working right now, inconsistent trash collection, "annual" apartment inspections that occur every 3 to 4 months, then they demand DNA swabs for the dogs that live here to determine the tenants that don't pickup after their dogs. Yeah, there's still poop that's not cleaned up. There's more I could go on and on. Spend your money elsewhere, there are much better places on this channel. They say this is "luxury living" and it surely is not.
Appreciate you sharing your personal experience and I agree - we should all do our research in anything we do. The reason I do videos - I show up unannouced and capture raw video at apartments and show viewers instead of just telling viewers. Weigh your pros and cons and make well informed decisions based on your needs and wants.
