Model: catalyst 3560 series PoE-48 This POE switch used to run cameras without power supply, once it rained, I think water went into a connector, after that none of the cameras work without power supply. It has 48 ports and each camera is connected separately. Power supply has to be provided

I believe, in this case: The heat melts the solder, and fixes cold solder joints. Otherwise, if the chip is faulty, this fix will not work.

I have 3560G-48 and it is used with only maybe 10 ports and just one PoE, but because it is too loud. Is there a some simple way to silence it hence it does not work under full load? Noise is too loud for the office where I sit. Thank you.
