Amazingly cool and EXACTLY what I needed! I have Synth V Solaria and she's pretty recognizable ... with this, there are endless voices I can use now. Why buy another vocal pack like Sheena, Natalie, Kevin, etc.

@@guy_incognito , it's not designed for speaking voices but for singing. So you probably cannot morph the vocals for speaking voices and have them sound normal.

I can not see or hear a key and chord follow function. So the harmony vocals have to be rendered and tweaked with melodyne or the like, then?

This is a really fun and useful tool. Used with Synthv and real vocals (I used some loops and recordings of myself) and with some tweaking and voice bank selection, it really adds a new layer of realism, and realistic imperfection to the vocals. Great overview Greg!

"AI" is a horribly vague term in general, to be arbitrarily applied to whatever feat people (or marketing people) find impressive. Not that long ago it was studiously avoided by anyone in the field. It'd be called machine learning, and when around 2010 they wanted a new term for specifically neural network based machine learning models, that could then finally have better rather than worse or at best same performance when they used more than one hidden layer, they used the term "deep learning", in the sense that they had a "deep" architecture, w more layers. But nowdays apparently decoder-only sequence to sequence language models are definitely called "AI", and text to image diffusion models are also definitely called "AI", so I guess anything using a neural network is getting called AI, as I don't know what else is a common factor here. So anyhow, yes -- if language models are AI, and diffusion models are AI, then synth V is as well, as that is using a neural net model to synthesize the voices as well. And I mean of course it would be, basically anything dealing with capturing or (re)creating complex, hard to specify patterns in the natural world data (sound, image, language, video etc) will likely be best modelled with some kind of neural net nowdays.

If you tryna delete from Mac you will need to be on desktop screen then go to the go menu and select computer and the Mac hd and audio and then plugins then pick vst or what you looking for go into the file and delete. I just find out today and it work but other people explained which was this but involved finder never worked but this work and I find my au plugins to delete finally try that out but if you got pc it’s a similar process as well just different names.

I have quite a bunch of UJam stuff, the only Virtual pianist plugin i have is Vibe with the cool electric piano and i must say its pretty good, if you combo a Ujam Bass plugin with a Drum/Piano/Guitar they will work together and you can create some very interesting patterns. I use Ableton live 12, and if you set the multi tracks with instruments to record you can play them in unison and lay down the midi or bounce straight to audio, and you can even trigger the breaks/fills/etc via the piano roll just by drawing in the relevant note where you require. They frequently do bundle deals via plugin boutique, and its worth getting mailed direct from UJam with their flash sales, i got all my stuff for less than £100 using sales and discount codes.

@@bobbybird3677 im using version 11.0.2 build 21 of AP11 it doesn't crash as much as it used to...also I've learned (the hard WAY) to save my work FREQUENTLY during a project....also I read somewhere that getting rid or disabling the plugins within AP that are causing the crashes...hopefully this will help you out bc I DEF feel your PAIN....smdh

With the stick tip options, you're hearing almost no difference because you had the "stick volume" knobs at almost zero. Turn those up and the different tips HUGELY impact the sound. Made at oversight myself at first. I use that feature to get a strong snare transient without relying on loads of compression. Very useful as a metal producer.

Apple didn't claim the copyright. If another artist uses a loop or a sample from a royalty-free sample that you are allowed to use non-exclusively, sometimes the samples get tagged by the song publishers. I filed a counter dispute, and they released the copyright claim.

Check out the link above were Ryan Harlin from Reason Studios outlines how to drag a loop from dr octo Rex to a sequencer track in Ableton. I am sure the same technique will apply to logic too. He also explains using the midi out device how to record midi note data from the players into a blank midi track. Again he uses ableton for all examples but should work the same way in logic. I have never used logic so only assuming it will work using the same method. Good luck 🤞👍
